Older white lady has a very nasty attitude. She has always given me a problem ever since I have moved here. I dread interacting with her every time I go there and she is at the register. Dollar general needs to fire her . Pay better wages so you all can hire a better quality worker

The store isles are very cluttered. Was shopping with my 83 yr old mother who uses a walker, is legally blind and very hard of hearing. I said to her in a full voice to be careful in the isles because there’s stuff on the floor…. she falls a lot. With this I hear someone yell over to me “is the isle blocked”? And as I came to the end of the isle a store employee approached me, he may have been the store manager, and repeated the question in a not so nice tone. My response was very calm and I said no it's not blocked, but my mom is blind and has trouble walking I was just trying to warn her of the things on the floor. He said something to the affect of ….well if it’s not blocked what’s the problem…but with a very nasty attitude. I asked him if he was kidding because it was so unbelievable. He had another remark to me at which time iI said to him, well I wasn’t talking to you so get out of my face. It escalated from there for absolutely no reason other than me telling my mom to be careful. If an employee is that miserable in their job, they should find a new one. Manager is a very young colored person that wont speak to white men I suppose he is jealous that he is not white or full of mean spirits that will not allow him to. So childish. But luckily there are 2 girls there that are grown both named Michelle, they are kind and say good afternoon, good morning and good bye. If it was not for them I surely would not go in there. Maybe if one of them could be manager it would not be the worst dollar general I know of and could teach the manager some manners. And they would have things in stock but no they are pretty much out of about everything from mis managment.If you have to go in there and you see a non speaking colored guy, tell him to cheer up, GOD does love him.

Very dirty,, stuff on floor looks more like a thift store, better yet some thift stores are cleaner than this place the clearance isle is horrible stuff falling if you touch anything it falls every where stuff piled on top shelp almost over flowing to the point its going fall, staff RUDE

I have to say going in this store is a lot more enjoyable than it used to be. The aisles aren't crowded anymore with carts of boxes and merchandise. Staff is friendly and helpful! Even at closing with a line you still get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I happen to love dollor general, I've been shopping this location for many year's and I must say as of date 4/06/20 this location has definitely improved itself. I can remember when the manager that was their for years even before they moved across the street from Food- lion not sure of her name but omg she was completely Rude, treated customers like trash! accusatory and just plan mean! I couldn't be happier she's no longer working this store anymore my experience shopping now is so much more pleasant . I can tell employees come and go and they haven't found anyone to fill a long-term management position and I believe that's why the store stays a bit in a disaray. Anyways thanks for all the great deals though DG! Wish the best to all the employees hope the best for the stores future.

Not very organized. Not stocked well. Products put in the floor and wherever they want it looks like. Just not managed well. I did get in and out fairly quick though. Cashier was nice and friendly.

Can we get a thumbs downs button for this locaction.Took me 20 minutes to get checked out, because the cashier was on a personal phone call. (THE ENTIRE TIME)By all the laughing going on in the conversation I'm assuming it wasn't an emergency.If she had been paying more attention to checking me out than her (phonecall) she might have noticed that she bagged my tea bags with bleach. Who and where is the managers to allow this kind of customer service???

Assistant manager got fired over lies that an employee of 2 weeks posted all over social media and then her friend she let work when not in the system, got mad she wasn’t paid for working when she wasn’t even hired, her and her husband came in with a gun threatening the assistant manager and nothing was done. Now the assistant manager got fired over defamation and he was one of the hardest workers they’ve had in a LONG time. Mark the DM doesn’t care about this store at all.

Manager was very ride to another customer. I tried to help explain what the lady was talking about but the manager became ride with I as well. So I left without buying a thing and will never shop there again.

I was at this Dollar General while they were unpacking a shipment. One of the items was Plan B emergency birth control. One of the employees picked up a package and said “We’re not selling that. Send it back.” Then they both laughed like someone said something funny.I didn’t find it funny at all that they were preventing some one from purchasing something that is legal and sent to them by the company headquarters to sell.

Hi I go to this dollar general two or three times a week the workers are very friendly and helpful I recommend others to this store I really love it they carry everything that I need and I always find something there but I can't usually find somewhere else so I really enjoy it

Dirty. Once I saw the cashier take $20 and gave the customer change for $10. He told her the amount in chage was incorrect but she would not give the young man his change back.Example: change for $20 would've been $14. Instead the cashier gave him $4.
