I have a hard time finding something to eat because of IBS and GERD. Its been 3 years since I have had a decent hamburger. BEST BURGER EVER!!!! It even had cheese on it!! No strange greasy aftertaste, no upset stomach, heartburn or the usual stuff. There sandwiches are the best the way a burger should taste!!!

They have a little bit of everything in this store. Always good hot food at the deli. Breakfast sandwiches are great but the burgers are a little over priced for what it is. Been a local here for the past 15 years.

Great food whether you stop in for breakfast or lunch! The chuck wagon sandwich is my favorite! Always friendly, and they have a place to sit and eat inside and out.

I went by this little store today and completely fell in love with it. I'm telling you the food they cook is amazing from breakfast to supper. God its great!!! Not as good as my wife's but close lol. They have a little bit of everything and it's one of those places that just feels like home. Remember folks dont forget about what brought us up and support your local small businesses. I lived in NC for 5 years, 4 of them was 10mins from this store, I miss it.I miss the breakfast items and Chicken and Dumplings, lord knows this Place deserves 10 stars. The owners are great ppl. 👍

They have awesome cheese burgers and potatoes wedges there and they have other sandwiches there too! I find my liver mush there too cause ingles and other places don't have it all the time

I worked here for awhile and there's the best people that run the store. They have a little of everything plus some including an awesome deli with very competitive rates. The only things they don't have is alcohol gas and lottery.

The Gossett's have operated a very friendly and convenient small town grocery store for many many years.You can even get hot meals breakfast,lunches pizza, biscuits and gravey. Specials and superb fresh hot coffee.Ice cream, milk eggs, cheese, butter, bread. Canned foods, donuts and snacks.Motor oil, spray can paints, small section of hardware.You can get a Gossett T-shirt, or a book on local history of Leicester, that might still have a Leicter car tag, maybe.Always smiling, and ready to chat awhile. If you smoke, they have the absolute lowest prices as low as $27.99 a carton with tax!The food is great.Customer service is nice.

Stopped in here this afternoon the store clerk was rude she didn’t have a nice word to say. Not hi how are you nothing. She was a young girl. We stop in here all the time going back and forth to Asheville but employees like this will definitely not won’t you to stop in.

No one was wearing a mask. Not the employees. Not a single customer. Even an employee in the back making food wasn’t wearing a mask. No regard for customer safety. Won’t be going back.
