This environment is so perfect for animal lovers My baby LOVES coming here she will wag her tail until it falls off if she could! She loves every single staff member. Lilly is my groomer & she’s amazing! She accommodates with me and bathes my baby right before I can pick her up so she’s fresh. 5 star always, will never be switching up😘 Great prices for boarding too in case of vacations or any event you can’t keep your furbaby.

I have been bringing my girls here for the past 10 years and they have had the same groomer during those 10 years. Staff is always professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend bringing your pet to this facility.

Absolutely a 5 ⭐ experience! The staff was very kind and managed to work in an emergency cleaning with my fur baby getting into some sticky black grease and they got it out so well I couldn't even get it out on my own. My Ally Gator smelled so good on leaving and was so happy to be clean again! Elise was my groomer and I couldn't recommend her wash services any higher. I will definitely be back in the future :)

Amazing! They're great with our little shih tzu mix. She goes in a mess and comes out looking like a little dream.They're always patient and never force groom. She used to be afraid of groomers but since going here, she actually seems to enjoy being dropped off. They take good care of our little furbaby. Everyone is friendly and they always ask how we want her trimmed. They always do outstanding work! Thank you Adam's Pet Spa!

I’ve been using them for years. They are skillful and so kind to us. Their love for the pets shines through. Honestly I am grateful to have found such a caring facility for my two babies. I have a Chihuahua who is older and ornery. They take him right on back and treat him so well. I also have a HYPER 40lb puppy. They LOVE him. It’s not fake you can tell they really care. I drive 25 minutes to get him there. They work around my schedule and are super patient. My two dogs and I feel like family to them. I would never use anyone else!

The ladies that run the place are super nice, and they really love animals. My big guy Harpo seems to love it there, so if he's happy, I'm happy. They are very affordable, and I would recommend their services to anyone who loves their pet as much as I do! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me!

Just went in for a nail trim but was very impressed with how courteous the young lady was. She did a great job too because my dog only has three legs and is weird about people touching his feet. Will definitely be going back for bathes.

My husband passed away suddenly and I called them and asked could our 2 year old pit stay for the day while I got stuff done. They were so accommodating. And when I went back, it was no charge. The owner told me that she wasn't too good with people but she could help me by keeping my baby. Thank you so much!!!!

I absolutely would recommend Adams pet spa! I have a 1 1/2 year old pomeranian and she has beautiful long hair. Was so nervous, but they did an amazing job. She looks just beautiful. They did exactly 💯 what I asked for this is our forever groomers now!Thank you Adams Pet spa 😍

Beck did much better getting his nails ground, he's a big baby sometimes, but the gals are great with him. Mason loves his pamper grooming time! We were so pleased with Adams Pet Spa! It was our first experience boarding our pups and we were very nervous but they put us at ease from the beginning to the end. Pet spa was absolutely great, my pup was in and out in maybe an hour and forty five minutes. I was very satisfied with the services that they provided. The staff is very friendly and the owner will do her best to accommodate your schedule. So if you are looking for excellent pet services please don't hesitate go to pet spa

I have been loyal customer of this establishment since 2012 and I have been thoroughly impressed by them and happy wit them. I used them daily for daycare services and you will not find any better prices for the service. While in daycare my pups will typically enjoy a medicated bath, cut, nails, teeth, and ears cleaned. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my pups. The staff has always been welcoming and kind, there prices have always been beyond fair and their grooming is excellent. I have never had a difficult or negative experience here and I will continue to use them as long as possible.

My experience here has been amazing so far and I expect it to continue! My dog has been coming here for only a couple of days and she loves it! The first day I felt like I had to drag her in, the second day she trotted in with her tail wagging!My dog is a 3 month old husky/lab mix. She is shy/scared of dogs that she don't know so I enrolled her so she could socialize. BEST DECISION EVER!! She slowly came out of her shell the first day and the next day she was playing with the other dogs! When she comes home, she's asleep for atleast the next two HOURS!! She gets the socialization and exercise she needs!The price is VERY affordable! I drive from Pembroke (23-25min drive) just so she can come here for a couple of hours. She will definitely continue coming here and I recommend them to anybody!

I Have been taking my baby girl Bella to the Pet Spa ever since she was 3 months old. She is now 6 years old. She goes there everyday to day care. It is her second home. I love the staff and they love Bella and every dog I see there. Trust me I'm there 5 days a week and would not leave her anywhere else. Their prices are great and the service couldn't be better. Love Love them!!!

I have been taking my 4 pound yorkie here for almost a year. The price for a full body cut, bath, nails and teeth started out at 25.00, (she is 4 pounds) the next time was 30, then it went up to 40.00. I go today and the price is 45.00. This is the second time I complained, spoke with the manager who immediately seemed to have a attitude. Told me the price has always been the same, ask her to show Mr the log books of the last visit and the visit before and she would not. She told me she was not going to argue with me, I could pay the 40.00. I tried to explain it was not about the money it was the principal, and they needed to be consistent. Informed me obviously I had been quoted the wrong price by a employee who had been embezzling money from them. They do a great job on the service (of the dog) , their customer service sucks! Basically she made it seem that I was to cheap to pay for the services rendered. She also told me she has given me discounts BC I had complained in the past. I know what I've paid in the past and the prices for the same services continue to go up. I will never take another animal here!!!!!

They always do a wonderful job on my Pookie. She normally doesn't like strangers, but I haven't had any problems with her when I drop her off. She even starts jumping out of the car now going to the door.
