I stop at this location from time to time due to the parking area being able to park trailers. It's never really up to par with other Subways. For one they have a stainless steel prep cooler lid that blocks you from seeing what they are doing with your food. There was no one in line. The worker was playing on his phone and the prep cooler was open. This is not sanitary. Not only for airborne germs but the coolers are meant to be closed except for while serving food to keep it cool. The BMT I got wasn't prepared correctly. It was essentially a pepperoni sandwich that gave me indigestion.

The bread was stale, hard and crusty. Would have been fine for a sourdough, not so much for a simple wheat bread. At least this time they had bread. 3 out of the last 4 times I visited they didn't even have bread. A pretty disappointing Subway overall. And forget about ordering the new foot long churro. I have not been able to order one the last 5 times I visited the store. Way to push the new product! Sheesh!

The manager at this location is extremely rude. I just recently started a job in walking distance of this location and frequent there 4 or 5 days a week. I was given attitude by her on multiple occasions but today was unacceptable. When she asked what type of cheese for the sub I responded, "Whatever would normally come on it," as I do every trip inside. I laughed because it's for my son and we never change anything and usually just order how it comes. She got angry and loud. The nice young gentleman working right beside her was so polite and actually tried helping me and providing the customer service I was literally asking for by answering my questions. It's sad his role model is a hateful manager constantly being rude and a smart @$$ to customers. When I told her usually the person tells me what type of cheese would be on a normal one, she replied, "No we don't do that. I'm the manager, I work here 7 days a week I would know!" And then not even putting the correct amount of chicken to cover the full bun-length so I asked the kid to move some of my chicken to the other sub which was pitiful even after that. When I nicely reminded her one sub was to be made deluxe, she looked at me and rolled her eyes and loudly said "I know!" The young kids and night shift are great. The toaster has been broken for awhile so you get cold subs and unmelted cheese. But to be mistreated and disrespected to my face is absolutely unacceptable behavior from anyone, but most definitely the manager.

The only Subway that weighs the proportions on a uncertified scale. As you see in the picture, this is one third less than what you normally get in a normal Subway. My last visit for 9 dollar salad that cost 2.07 to make.

This is the worst subway ever and I have given it a try a few times just to be sure an it only gets worst. Plus I’ve seen them turn people away atleast 20 minutes before closing time on several occasions and that’s just rude. Do better!

Stopped in for my usual Subway Lunch which I get at Numerous other Subways just to be told I was wrong and yelled at in front of other customers. I ordered a Footlong Pro Steak and Cheese and I asked to add the Fresh Mozzarella. Normally you get 4 Large pieces on the Sun but at this store they picked the two smallest pieces out of pack and proceeded to cut them in half. When I asked why was I getting charged 3 Extra Dollars for two tiny pieces of cheese the lady said I should have bought a signature sub and it was my fault for getting what I paid 16 dollars for. Very Rude and then proceeded to even mess up the toasting process. Not going to stop eating subway but definitely my last time here.

Stopped here for a bathroom break while traveling. After seeing the bathroom is REALLY BAD shape we decided it wouldn't be a good idea to order a sandwich. The women's restroom was out of service so we had to use the Men's restroom. No big deal! Unfortunately, in the men's restroom there was pee all over the toilet and all over the floor in front of the toilet and worse no soap to wash hands. Needless to say, why would I buy a sandwich if employees can't keep a clean restroom or even wash their hands after using? Yuck!

Ordered a tuna sandwich. Watched the maker (who looked new) partially fill the scoop and ended up with less than normal filling . Asked too put some more on and then the supervisor butted in and said “that is the normal amount “ shaking my head ..er no I said. They didn’t like the fact I called them out for skimping in front of other customers. 2 of whom left. Letting that go they didn’t ask me what cheese went straight too veggies of which the selection was less than a normal subway. Paying $10-$11 dollars now for a partial sandwich really messed up my day. Trued the bread it was going hard. Doubtless too say I won’t be going back . I don’t recommend going

All kids in working. They so busy talking about their personal problems they didn't see my family enter. Once they noticed us I thought they would assist. They stood in silence for a few and then resumed the conversation. We waited awhile and existed the store. Not once did they address us.

It is Subway.... They made it as it was ordered.The staff on the other hand was great. Fast and having fun. They were enjoying the customers and engaging them in that levity.The location is easy access. Open parking.This particular Subway is a winner.

I asked for extra cheese on my chicken bacon wrap. A short, heavy set black woman fixing my sandwich told me I would have to pay for extra cheese if she did. She Barely SPRINKLED shredded cheese on the sandwich. I asked could she toast the wrap for me after it was done she wouldn’t said it would make it hard. Well I knew this and it’s how I wanted my sandwich but was the customer service sandwich maker. She was very unfriendly and not customer oriented at all!! Her mask was under her nose not covering it at all. She needs to either become more customer friendly or find another job.

I travel on Highway 74 often and have stopped in this Subway at Laurel Hill. Several weeks ago I stopped and the service was not what I would call quality. I ordered a roast chicken and the chicken was given to me still cool even though I had it toasted "dark". Yesterday I stopped again and got the same sandwich. This time the chicken was not cool but was about room temperature but certainly never hot. The staff was having drama and they even had a problem with another customer so I didn't complain. I got home and several hours later I spent the night throwing up, diarrhea and felt like I had a brick in my gut. (still do)The food is obviously not handled correctly and the staff is of very low quality.I will never go back to this store and don't recommend you do either.

Not too clean of a place & 1 of the girls wen i called to order ahead of time bc of my son being aslp in the back seat the girl who I was told was the manger or asset manager or something of that nature tried to tell me it was packed & she would have to take my order at another time to cal back but I was seating in the front of the store & there was only 2 customers in the store when I called her on that she immediately took my order & started looking around. There was tray no need for that besides pure laziness & that’s the type of thing I would deal with on a daily basis when we went there multiple times a week since it’s 5 seconds from our home but I rather go to another 1 than to sea with rudeness & nastiness that this subway is full of.

A go-to stop on the way to the coast for healthy fast food. Staff is always friendly and courteous, bathroom is always clean, gas station, convenience store and dog walking area are all in the same facility. This stop has it all if you travel with pups.

The lady took the sweet tea to the back to clean it out way before the end of the night (it wasn't empty because I had just filled my cup)and the handle was missing from the unsweetened tea. It would have been nice to have some for the road.

The food was good. But they were out of bacon, out of onions, AND the worst... they were out of TEA! When my husband said something to the cashier about he might want to make some, he stated he wasn't trying to work up in there...
