Employees are very unfriendly and rude! Will not speak or say hello when you enter the store. I actually prefer going to the Family Dollar because of better customer service

Bought this tonight 12/18/21. EXPIRATION DATE IS 12/02/21!!! When I called the lady had an attitude. Need to do better could have made someone very sick. Very disappointing

was a decent store but now seems to be poor in service. one issue is having to wait long times just to check out. the other is not getting something that should be in stock. how do you have propane tanks for exchange yet "they are all empty and havent been filled in 2 years". exactly as i was told. this is just poor operations. i recommend going the slight distance to family dollar since this store seems to not care about its operations.

The store is clean with some clutter in some areas. The workers are nice. If something is on sale you have to be careful of your selection for example they post 50%, 70% 90% off of seasonal item that aren't discounts. The workers sometimes don't even know what is on sale in the store. That's the only conflict I've come across that needs working on.

The merchandise selection is very good but all the Dollar General's is so cluttered and to much stuff in the aisles you can't walk through to find what you need. I don't blame the people working there they seem to be busy doing there jobs. You need more storage space so you can bring out the items as needed. I get so frustrated I sometimes leave and go to Family Dollar,not because of your merchandise selection but because the store is so junkie.

Just left the Dollar General in Laurel Hill NC. I had a great shopping experience. I found what I was looking for and more! Great prices on toys for kids. All ready got my 3 babies taken care of for Christmas. The manager saw that I needed a cart and brought it to me. That doesn't happen too often when you are out shopping, does it? She gave great customer service. This old girl will be going back!

It’s been very nice since they have done a remodel. It actually seems lot bigger on the inside & there is lot of new items. I really appreciate all the regular employees whom have been there awhile bc they know my family from being regulars & they are very helpful wen needed. It always stays clean now since the new manager has came in & always very organized.

The inside of this store is always clean and people are always friendly but sometimes when I pass by it at nightime it's always pitchblack dark outside they need a duskdawn light I'm pretty sure not all customers wanna be in the dark when they come out of the store after they've finished shopping. plus people are stupid nowadays man a dark parking lot like that is a welcome for a thief to come up to you and hit you over the head and rob you and take everything that you've just bought.

Love shopping at this Dollar General! Employees were super friendly and very courteous! Definitely will be shopping here again. Also, very clean and well stocked !

They never have the smart coupon items. And smart coupon deal tags are never on the shelves. If you don't take your phone in the store with you to keep up with what item have eligible smart coupons, you're in the dark.

I went to the store today to look around cuz my first time being there I asked could I look at the blue totes with all the stuff animals in it the lady said if you're here for Penny shopping it ain't nothing in there I said man is could be stuff half off or discounted she said no it's not in a very rude way drop the blue totes right in front of me and walked out so it take me off I started cussing and I left in fact the corporate office and employees don't care how they treat the customer that makes no sense why people treat you like you're nobody and you're going into spending your hard-earned cash and money the fine things that you might want why does this business have rude employees and managers that's not how you run a business I tried to call the corporate office nobody will answer my call

Small store, but I was able to get candy, outdoor silicone, and Rustoleum spray paint for plastics. Not bad.

Everytime i go in this store for a quick 1 or 2 items there seems to be a hiccup at the register that seems to take 10-15 minutes.

Looks so different since all rearranged but nice. My daughter says makes her dizzy but I like it just got to get used to set up.

This store was recently remodeled and is very clean. I have difficulty finding items as a result because I am used to the old layout.
