This was Domino's first time being pampered at Dog House 367. He smelled good and was trimmed up nice. Her prices are very fair compared to other groomers in our area. He got a little nippy during his nail trim and rather than muzzle him she had the other lady give him snuggles to distract him.

Compared to when they were on Hwy 29 they have gone downhill on service and up on price. In the past my dog would come out shiny, smelling great and I wouldn’t find loose on her or the floor for days. Today she came out with no noticeable smell or shiny coat and loose hair all over her, and now all over the truck. To make things worse the price was 10$ more than previous times.

I love taking my dogs here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have several breeds; GSD, American Staffordshire terrier and a Shi tzu. They're able to handle them all. My pets always come out happy, clean and cute!

Have been taking my dog to Brittany for about 1 1/2 yrs Since she has moved we have taken her twice. Not a good service. Totally screwed her up. Cut an ear mat out like a five yr old would do. No bath, shaved her too short and even shaved her pompom off her tail. Did not pluck her ears or cut her nails. Usually keep her for 5-6 hrs. Had a 1 pm appt. They called at 2:45, to pick her up as they were closing early, at 3:30. Spoke to Brittany when giving her my dog and never mentioned this fact. Would not return my phone calls. Not my groomer any longer.

I can't say enough about how amazing this company is! Expert care of all our dogs every single time! And they love our fur babies as much as we do. We never hesitate to use Dog House 367 when we need grooming services. And did I mention they come out looking and smelling so good!!! A++++ service every time!!!

We were very pleased with our experience today. We know that Jake is a handful and Brittney did a great job on him. It was his first visit there and he was so cute and happy when we picked him up. We will definitely be back when he needs grooming again.

I have been using Dog House 367 for over a year and a half now. This was after trying multiple others in the area. I love my dogs and if you don't, I wont stick around. Britney is the absolute best. If you have a complaint of any kind, she is easy to talk to and will fix the issue. You just have to give her a call and communicate what the issue is. I absolutely love her and Dog House 367. I must share a story, my dog, Bella, a mini schnauzer, as all my dogs are, was in the last stage of liver failure and I wanted her groomed until the end, she not only did this but was so good with Bella and did not charge anything for what I advised would more than likely be her last grooming. It was. Of course I paid anyway but that really demonstrated what kind of person she really was. Love ya Brit and all the staff at Dog House 357.

Our two dogs love their spa day. The dog house really takes care of the furbabies. They groom and bathe them really good without stress. One of my furbabies was an abused rescue and she loves going here. Very unusual because she stays away from strangers.

Decent prices, dogs look good. Poor communication. Dogs dropped off at 10am on a day that the schedule was "wide open", supposed to be ready at 3:30pm, not ready until 5:30pm. Poor time management. They are always running behind...usually short staffed. If you have plans for a Friday night, cancel them.

First trip was a pleasure. We used the gromer service. It was very reasonablepriced. My mini goldendoodle looks wonderful. He didn't want to leave. If I leave town, I would consider letting him board there.

We have a large sweet but stubborn Husky mix and we have used them for his skunk confrontations and mud wallows. They graciously take him and clean him without charging an outrageous fee. Recommend!

I took my puppy up to them and they done a really great job with her... Im very pleased with them... My puppy had hot spots on her chest and on her sides... They are completely gone....i will put a pic up so yall can see...

I take my dog and my mother's dog out there to have their nails cut the ladies are really nice and they take care of the dogs toenails really good I would pass their names to other people so they can try them out too

They don’t answer the phone or call back if you leave a message. I have a little Pomeranian and she came back everytime smelling like they hadn’t bathed her. Would not recommend and found someone down the street called Scissorhands and they are much more professional

Great place she did shampoo, conditioner,nail trim/file,ear plucking/cleaning,facial scrub,blow dry,brush out all over haircut,cologne,and bow/bandanna for $40 dollars this is cheaper than pet smart.
