Had a great time with my family! Brought my behemoth of a camper and truck combo. Had no trouble accessing my site (SITE 13). Adam & Melissa were accommodating to our family’s needs and gave us a nice welcome upon arrival. Our full hookup site had all of the hookups located in far better areas than a KOA. The wifi worked, the purchased wood burnt well, the playground was nice, and all of the facilities were clean and well kept. Overall I believe we got more than what I paid for! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful place, quiet and very relaxing. Full hookups, Wi-Fi works really well, the owners are absolutely incredible, very attentive and ready to help you in everything they can. You really need to give this a place to try, there are tons of water falls, hiking areas and a bunch of stuff to do. I have t mobile carrier and work here fine. Anywho, come here and enjoy.

Adam met us on the way in and helped us get settled into our site. He gave us a guide of things to see in the area. They have several sites beside a brook that makes for a nice setting. We were surprised how private each site is! This is a place for those who want to feel like they have a piece to themselves, yet the social areas are welcoming as well! Jungle gyms and swings for kids, a dog park, ourdoor community fire pit area, etc All amenities were set up perfectly. We will book again.

We almost didn’t stay here because of some of the negative past reviews. BUT then we came across information on the property being under new ownership and management. The reviews regarding the wonderful new owners/managers gave us the push to try Blue Ridge Falls RV Resort. We are SO happy to have taken the chance on this hidden gem! We had a wonderful time & made friends with other campers during their 5 o‘clock happy hour. Melissa & Adam are sweet, attentive & friendly!!! They were quick to respond to our questions before & during our stay, as well as offered suggestions on things to do in the area. They & their kids were out and about putting their personal touches on this natural beauty of a campground. We WILL definitely visit Blue Ridge Falls RV Resort again!

Awesome campground in a great location to so much outdoors in Lake Toxaway NC. Perfect spot to day trip and then come back for happy hour daily at their great pavilion to talk with fellow campers. Very clean bathrooms, showers, laundry room and full outdoor kitchen with a blackstone, gas grills, oven, burners, tons of counter tops to prep and serve for families. Picnic tables under another covered pavilion & then the large stone outdoor fireplace and big screen TV with couches and chairs to chill and unwind at. Has a great little stream running through it and quite location in the mountains. Offers so many trails, waterfalls, lakes, water sports, Blue Ridge parkway, and scenic byways right at your door step. Located in between Brevard & Cashiers NC that’s perfect for all outdoor activities NC has to offer or just a quiet spot to unwind. Owners Melissa, Adam and their 3 young children new within last 3 years and are doing a great job of upgrades to really optimize what the campground does and could offer for all the big & little rigs have. Highly recommend you look it over if this is an area you want to or have not visited.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Ridge Falls RV Park. The new owners Adam and Melissa are great hosts and were very attentive to any of our needs. The park is peaceful and clean. They are continuing to make improvements to the park from previous owners and when they finish, it will be even more of a little gem. We will definitely stay there again!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in their new glamping tent for a few days and it was amazing! The owners were so kind and accommodating, we came prepared but we found that the campgrounds had everything we needed. Melissa even took time to point us in the right direction of some of her favorite waterfalls and the best hikes to take! The amenities were close by and very clean as well.

We stayed Mar. 31 - Apr. 1 in site 7 with our 29 ft trailer. It is so convenient to have full hookups (we didn’t try the cable, so no review there). The site was ideal and very peaceful with the stream flowing through. Melissa and Adam are fantastic hosts; and we could see their enthusiasm in providing a special experience to their guests. Although they plan improvements to the bath house, it was fine and exceptionally clean compared to some of our past experiences. This is a perfect central location to Brevard, Highlands and waterfall hikes.

Thos resort was sold and new owners/managers took over a couple of weeks ago. A nice, friendly young family who understand the hospitality business and really care about the happiness of their campers. They have created a kids play area with new discovery equipment and swing sets, we continue to have happy hours every day at 5 and will be having a pot luck this Memorial Day. It's a beautiful little campground with lots of trees, privacy and a creek that winds through it. We are up from Florida for the summer and fall in a 30' TT and keep very busy hiking to see the many waterfalls in the area as well as enjoying the music and great restaurants and of course relaxing.Life here is GREAT!

New owners! Beautiful park, lots of large spacious level sites with mature greenery. Gathering pavilion with fireplace for “happy hour”. Every night the bell rings at 5:00 and guests gather to talk about the places they hiked, restaurants they visited and where they are headed next. True community feel. Laundry facility and bath house. There is also a playground and lots of space for kids to run.

We've been staying at this campground for a number of years, but this stay has truly been the best yet! (It's always been a hidden treasure, but over the past few years, the "rules" had become pretty crazy and unreasonable!) The campground is now under new ownership and management, and you won't find more welcoming hosts than Melissa and Adam! Improvements are constantly being made ... and now it is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly!! 'Just the perfect location for those who simply love the beauty of nature - without the swimming pools and miniature golf courses!!

Great family run campground. A beautiful spot in the mountains. Loved our site next to the bridge and loved the creek. The gazebo with the kitchen, fireplace and tv were nice touches. We’ll definitely visit again.

Here for the 1st time on 8/4/23. We stayed in the Glamping tent and loved it. Beautiful area and lots of fun for the kids, they had live music the Friday evening we were there. great location, the resort itself is very secluded and also very convenient as it is just 3 miles from a general store, hardware store and a mexican restaurant, etc. The new owners are awesome and work very hard to keep the place nice and clean and updated. They are also working on many upgrades like additional Glamping tents and more camping sites. Good Wifi. And Very clean bathrooms and showers. Showers have very good pressure and super hot water 👍

Every spot is a great spot!! Clean and beautiful scenery all around. Lots of shade and natural beauty with a creek running through the campground. Making reservations was easy. Adam met us right away and Melissa helped us with brochures and suggestions of all the waterfalls and things to see around the area.

This is a great family friendly campground! The current owners bought the campground about a year ago and they are doing an awesome job at keeping it well maintained. They were watching for us to arrive, escorted us to our site, and was very helpful in getting us backed in. These are the most hospitable owners/operators of a campground we’ve met. We look forward to visiting again!

The scenery is serene and beautiful with a creek running throughout the property, children and dogs are welcomed, it’s settled mountainside and close to many gorgeous hiking trails, waterfalls, and Lake Toxaway. This quaint RV park will offer all the community vibes you could ever want, while also offering a quiet, relaxing place to sit by the fire and recharge. The new owners are absolutely lovely. They are friendly, informative, almost always on-site for any questions you may have, and if not, they’re always available by phone for any guest needs.Downtown Brevard is nearby with adorable boutiques, many different taphouses and breweries to choose from, and an old school theater and toy store.Book your next vacation here, you won’t be disappointed. They can accommodate basically any size camper/trailer and if you have any specific questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to ask. We are so happy we found this gem!

If you are looking for a place with a beautiful nature setting to come disconnect from the chaos of daily life and reconnect with your family/friends but still want some comfort, this is the place! It is clean, cozy, safe, quiet & kid friendly. There is a creek and playground on the property that our kids loved and my husband and I enjoyed sitting at the pavilion connecting with old & new friends! Adam & Melissa were extremely kind and helpful, pointing out all the local places to visit. Our favorite was all the amazing waterfalls in the area. This was our first glamping experience as a family and we loved it! We will absolutely be back!

Was worried about staying there reading past post about the problems with management. We stayed almost a week. Never had any problems. Management was very helpful and friendly. The park is very quaint and clean. Sites were very private and large. Would definitely return.

Really nice campground! Rosemary in the office is just awesome! She is so nice and really worked hard to find us a spot. The grounds beautiful and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at Blue Ridge Falls last weekend and we nailed the weather perfectly! The trees were gorgeous and there was a lot to do around the area. The campgrounds were lovely. We had no trouble finding the location and the instructions from the hosts were comprehensive yet concise. They helped us avoid roads we should not have attempted while getting to the campground. Melissa and Adam are new owners and they have done a great job of setting up the spaces, communicating with guests, keeping the site clean and providing social time each day. There are clean grills you can use if you need one. And a gazebo with chairs and a TV if you want to catch the college game Saturday afternoons. They are so friendly and helpful. The location is close to a restaurant that we enjoyed very much and not too far from Brevard. Brevard has some cute places to visit. If you're into hiking, you won't have to go very far to find lovely trails. Melissa has some helpful information about the hiking trails around the area. We have already booked our trip for next October and will probably plan another trip to get out of the heat next summer.

This campground is the best! There are plenty of amenities, and they have thought about absolutely everything.The new owners have done a wonderful job maintaining the land and facilities and even added play space for children so now, more than ever, the campground is very well suited for all age ranges while maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.We sincerely appreciate the community feel with evening happy hours and cookouts , we will definitely be back!

Nice quiet camp ground. Everyone was very friendly. They help you get in to your site ,but even better they help and watch for traffic on the way out. The only thing I had a small issue was the bathhouse was closed ( it was a very nice bathhouse )That is the only reason I am giving it a 4 ☆☆☆☆ other than that it's a 5.We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this park under the old management and let us tell you WHAT A DIFFERENCE Adam and Melissa (new owners) have made! This park has always been a hidden gem as far as great sites, location and amenities. But now this park has been brought back to life!! The radiant personalities of the new owners (and their children) shines through daily. The ridiculous rules of former mgmt. have been carefully replaced with good common sense rules that have made camping there fun again!. I think I will regret writing this review as this park will be top ten material in no time as word gets out. It is already getting tight on reservations for 2024! Hard to believe that the owners have given this place an entirely new personality in just five months!

We spent 3 amazing nights here. Ownership recently changed so don’t go by old reviews. Every spot is incredible and feels private. We stayed by the creek. It’s priced very reasonable and about as close as you can get to the hikes, falls, Blue Ridge Hwy. The young family who owns the park lives there and keeps the place in top shape. They helped me back into my spot and showed me how to work some features on my new RV! The 5PM Happy Our is great as we met wonderful people and got solid advice on best things to do. Our pets had plenty of space to run in a grassy area where we let them off leash. Enjoyed using their grill to cook food at Happy Hour. They’ve turned that area into a great social space. We will be back!

Quaint, clean, convenient, owners are amazing! This place is a little gem, convenient to many amenities! Spaces are ample, and the staff works with you to provide just the right spot! Bonus, there’s a monthly potluck, complete with a roaring fire, and covered patio with a large screen tv! Clean/warm bathrooms/showers! Go! Just go, does not disappoint!
