The Crockers are wonderful to work with! We used them recently to work up a beef and we couldn't be more pleased. Kathleen was very responsive to my calls and my many questions. She was able to give informed feedback and recommendations when I wasn't 100% sure what would be best. While we were there we also picked up several pounds of sausage on recommendation by a friend. Their sausage is amazing!!! I will for sure use them in the future.

Vandele Farms provided us with enough BBQ (& homemade BBQ sauce) to feed everyone at our wedding. It was the BEST BBQ I've ever put in my mouth! It was lean & delicious. The owners of this establishment are one of few that raise their livestock in a way that their health & well being come first. The animals are well cared for & the quality of the BBQ was amazing! I look forward to thawing out our leftovers!

I picked up a brisket from them. It was frozen, which was unusual. As a guy who was raised in Texas, I have never gotten a frozen brisket. I have smoked 100's of brisket over the years and won many cookouts. but I have never had such poor quality meat. It looked funny. Coloration etc. When slow smoked at 250° for 10 to 12 hours it was terrible. Tough as a boot and smelled funny. NOT THE PLACE TO GET MEAT FOR SURE!!!!

The Crockers are great people and our family loves to visit their farm. You can just give them a call and take your kids to go see the piggies, horses, ducks, dogs, and you can fish in their pond! Really exceptional people. And they treat their animals with great care. Maybe that's why everything tastes so amazing--you have to try their sausage!
