Buying an RV was probably more stressful for me than buying a house, instead of thinking about weekends at the lake or hiking in the mountains I couldn't help but think about all the potential problems. Jay helped ease my mind and while I know problems will eventually happen, I was able to make sure that problems don't already exist with the RV I was buying. We were buying a specific 5th wheel out of state (from FL, unit in SC) and we would have never known about the plumbing issue he found, which could have been catastrophic, and then he went back to confirm they fixed it correctly. I strongly recommend RV Pro Solutions, I only wish he was available down south. Jay put together a 140 page report that puts any college research paper I ever did to shame and I will most likely reference that report more than the owners manual. If you need something RV related in the Carolinas, Jay is your guy.

I first came across RV Pro Solutions when seeking-out a reputable group to inspect a class A motorhome prior to purchase. After a great experience (and very detailed report-back), I was able to confidently move forward with the sale. Being new to RV ownership, Jay also shared opportunities to continue to learn and grow my skill set. He met my husband and I last weekend for our first overnight trip, and spent the afternoon teaching us about our rig. After he left, I was able to make a step-by-step list of arrival to-dos. We hired Jay with RV Pro Solutions to inspect a brand new Palomino Pause 20.3 travel trailer we were buying. Jay and his wife did a fantastic job inspecting the RV and were VERY thorough. Jay is passionate about his job and explained everything they would be doing in great detail. Jay was extremely detailed with his inspection and found a few minor issues with this new from the factory RV that I would have never thought to look at. Jay at RV Pro Solutions was very good about explaining their pricing and how the process works. He was responsive before and after even calling me early during the inspection to find out if we had allergies as he had found signs of previous owner having a dog in the coach. He also called after the inspection with a summary. The resulting inspection report was extremely thorough and delivered on time as promised. Jay took the time to further discuss specific report items with me providing additional insight based on his experiences RV'ing and as an inspector. I'd highly recommend RV Pro Solutions.

Jay is wonderful. He spotted problems that you kinda scratch your head about. Who would've thunk. I'm glad I can do business with a caring small veteran owned business whenever I can.He was so thorough and he walks you thru the report and he explains everything well in layman's terms. 360 degree interior and chassis pictures so you can see exactly what he sees. He indicates on the photos any issues. On the RV we had inspected it was a small class B+ and the present owner said he was there for at least five hours. I've seen home inspectors inspect a house in 30 minutes. That right there tells you allot IMHOI would highly recommend RV Pro Solutions if you're going to spend that amount of money on any RV.
