My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful place. We had a vacation and we just had a fantastic time here. If you love golf, then this is the place for you, there is a huge golf course here. But we don't like golf, we enjoyed the mountain trails, visited the pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed the quiet of the area. There were few vacationers, and we were glad of it. The room we stayed in was so outdated that it was the only drawback of our stay. And everything else was wonderful! The staff was very polite, the pool, sauna and fitness center were clean. Our room was clean and the balcony had a wonderful view every evening. There is a full kitchen with all the accessories, a full-fledged landry, it's a pity that it was impossible to light a fireplace, but it's not so scary. My husband and I will definitely come back!

Husband went wo me. No mention of the 18 stairs entering the kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Definitely not a limited mobility place.Rooms: Not easy to climb 18 stairsWalkability: Asked for room wo all the stairs but they have none. Renter beware.

Will never stay at this place again it’s very old smells old so many bugs they say it’s the season but there are also so many dead bugs so that tells me this room wasn’t cleaned in a while the dishwasher flooded the toilet clogged the tub wouldn’t drain I had to call the front desk a few times I asked to be moved and they told me no I that I have to call the people I booked it through so I called them and was told it’s up to the resort to move me it was very slow here so I know if they wanted to they could have moved my family I am the only family in this area everyone else is in another area they said they would send housekeeping to clean bugs she came looked around and said she would be back and never came back also she told me the other room are better then where I was placed I don’t want to say it’s because I’m black but with everything that has been going on and how people have been treating us it seems that way there is more but to much to write I WILL NEVER BRING MY FAMILY HERE AGAINRooms: Horrible old smells bad

Clean. Nice setting. Nice Views of golf course. Friendly, efficient office staff at check in. Dated 80s decor. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom but clean. Wasps on porch. Sofa bed for sleeping teenagers is absolutely awful!!!! Maintenance said they had no other mattresses and the office feared that the rollaway beds were not going to be better plus each would be $25 extra for the week. No follow up call! We bought two cots. Will not stay here again.

No discount for veterans, roads are horrible, area is only fun if you're an outdoors person which should have been on the website, supposed to be Wyndham, but it is VRI.Should've been a 2 bdrm deluxe with a loft and is in reality a small two bedroom area with barely enough space for two people.Also if you are a messy person, do not stay here. Anytime a manager can inspect the property and will charge you 250 dollars even though cobwebs everywhere!!! And you have to strip the beds because apparently when you're on vacation, you're expected to be a maid.Make sure you have pool equipment because to rent a towel is 2 dollars and to buy is like 21 dollars.There are many more complaints. Do not stay here, the experience is disappointing to say the least.The only positive is that the area is gorgeous.

The unit they placed us in was in serious need of renovation. The wooden railing to the downstairs was very loose. Wallpaper everywhere was peeling. And it smelled very musty. Two things positive... the shower water pressure, and washer/Dryer was way better, than our Wyndham Fairfield Mtns Resort.

It felt like we stepped into a time machine when we walked in the front door. Chipped Linoleum floors, worn laminate countertops, torn wallpaper and vertical blinds are just a few of the 80s throwback decor. Be prepared to clean the unit yourself since it would appear the cleaning staff are on vacation or something. Definitely not the Wyndham property to which we are accustomed and yes I made the reservation via Wyndham. Very disappointed!! 1 star rating is too high for this "resort".

Great view&Great Scenery..not much goin on..quiet..come prepared with food tho because restaurants close very early&are very far.Walkability: Absolutely does NOT have ANY walkability.Food & drinks: NO NEARBY restaurants&EVERYTHING&EVERYWHERE closes at 10pm or before!
