Lake Therapy is the right name for this beautiful lake house , because it is exactly what the doctor ordered for rest and relaxation. It is easy to get to , but not so easy to leave. It is a beautiful, updated modern house with all of the cozy little touches of home . You absolutely cannot beat the gorgeous views and the sunsets.We would definitely book again.

This was a perfect little cabin! My husband and I enjoyed a nice quiet weekend, just the 2 of us and it was perfect! Cozy little fireplace with beds, and bath, kitchen and amazing porch. It wasn’t far from Chimney Rock or a grocery store. We had such a wonderful, relaxing experience and can’t wait to go back. Next time, we might even bring the kids haha! We were so pleased with our stay extended weekend getaway at Moondance. The property was gorgeous and the home was immaculate. We enjoyed the mountain views, hiked trails, explored waterfalls, and saw many cute mountain towns, while supporting the local small businesses. I'd highly recommend this property. I hope all Carolina Properties are this well maintained, because we'd definitely be back again. It was a wonderful experience for our entire family.

The stay with Carolina Properties in the Appalachian Sunrise was amazing! The views were to die for and the amenities were top tier! My tiny one complaint was regarding cleanliness, 4.5 out of 5 only because I kept finding small evidences of other guests like a left behind retainer and a few hairs in the bathrooms. Other than that, would definitely book again!

What a wonderful week. This home was everything as described and more. The winter months are pretty slow but exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this property. Carolina Properties was so easy to work with. Very in touch throughout from booking, arrival and departure.

Excellent stay!The symphony house is secluded and provides incredible privacy, comfort and views. Only a couple of minutes from every attraction Lake Lure and Chimney Rock village have to offer. I can’t wait to book my next stay!

Our stay couldn't have been any more perfect. The house is BEAUTIFUL, as well as the view. I could spend an entire day in the rocking chair on the back porch. The entire back porch and deck area is so inviting. You can also walk down the steps and out to the river.The house was very spacious with plenty of beds for the family. There were kayaks, fishing poles, board games, a ping pong table and other toys for the kids.We were visiting near Christmas time and the owners put a Chrismas tree up. With that and the gas fireplace, the living room was like a Thomas Kincade painting. I can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and perfect for our girls getaway. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove at night. It would have been nice if they gave us 2 bundles of firewood and 2 fire starters instead of just one. We did stay two nights. The lake view was amazing and the house was in a very peaceful and quiet setting. We definitely will be back!

Thistle Ridge is a wonderful property with an amazing location and great views. The house was excellent! Was stocked with more kitchen supplies and accessories than advertised. Our family loved the home and we would love to come back again. Carolina Properties was great to deal with while planning our trip, the weeks and days leading up to the trip and during our trip when we contacted them with a question.

We had a fabulous and relaxing weekend in Writer's Block. Home was very clean and cozy. Beautiful views and amazing outside shower and bath. Close to wonderful restaurants but still far enough to be secluded. We will definitely be back in a few months. Lake Lure was beautiful.

The cabin was a perfect retreat for a long weekend. The views were spectacular! We spent two days exploring the Biltmore grounds and Chimney Rock with our kids (ages 5-8) and dog. Each day we were back to the house around 2/3pm where we relaxed, played games, watched movies and grilled out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fire pit was a big hit for the kids who enjoyed s’mores each night. Cabin also had games for all ages which was great! Highly recommend this place to unwind and explore the area.

Lily Pad Lake House was the perfect getaway for our family. We literally lived on the water and the amazing screened in porch for the entire stay. Our 4 year old begged to sleep on the porch hammock and or almost 6 year old never left the water. She learned to row her own paddle board, catch minnows, fished, and watched all kinds of wildlife. So many precious memories. The kayaks and canoe were fantastic. We would paddle out to the third basin for some swimming and even made it up to the first basin for some exploring. What a fantastic, quiet, and peaceful spot.

Quiet clean fire place was nice little lake was cute , lived chimney rock and town, Far Nectar had mid evil fair and wine tasting thing going on live d trying t hier honey leases and watching the sword fighting and black smith and local artists . sunday visited chimney rock , state park Rangers kid friendly. And Stage Coach Inn best Pizza in town and hand crafted beers. Loved your cabin and your vist . town was idyllically serene.

We went in July, perfect weather, really can’t day about about the property and location, recommendations and guide with important information are available in the property. Had an amazing weekend. The location was secluded and private (even being a condo!) but close enough for everything you may need. Such an amazing view!! We loved spending the majority of our time on the two decks. We didn’t sit in the living room or dining room once because we spent all our time in the sun room or on one of the decks!

The 4 Lucky Ducks cabin was an absolute dream! The cabin was stocked with so much fun activities like games, puzzles, ping pong, corn hole, jacuzzi, canoes and so much more. We had an absolute blast! One thing that stood out about the cabin to me was the kitchen supplies. Most places only have couple pots and pans but this one was loaded with pans, baking pans and utensils. This made my mornings so much easier! Over all I would give this cabin a 10/10.

Beautiful cabin, more spacious than it appears in the photos. Great view from the back porch, comfy beds, hot tub and fire pit were great. Would recommend the cabin to anyone staying near lake lure or Chimney rock, would stay again in the future!

We loved our stay at Honeybee Hill! The house was clean and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of room, beautifully decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor gas (propane) fireplace and the view off the back deck was beautiful this time of year. We’d definitely come back to Honeybee Hill!

Stayed at The Outlander for New Year’s Eve and loved it. Easy check in process, hot tub and fire pit were great and the place was just as it looked in photos. Would definitely return!

We had a great girls weekend at Rumbling Bald Resort this past weekend. The house was amazing, two dens, great screen porch, lovely king size beds in each room that were comfortable and we all slept like babies! The kitchen was well appointed and had EVERYTHING you needed to make a feast! I loved all the stone work in the house. The bathrooms were very nice and had so many towels! The porches were great and the wildlife was spectacular. This house had it all and more and was a perfect location for a girls weekend, close to the Legends restaurant and many local wineries in Polk County. A short drive to the town of Lake Lure and overall a lovely place! Hope to get to go back sooner than later!

We stayed at 2 Airbnb locations managed by Carolina Properties. They are quick to answer all your questions. It was so speedy from when we booked our place to finding out where we were going and what we needed to bring with us. If you have a problem while staying in one of their properties they are quick to help and do their best to resolve issues.

Such a wonderful well kept and fully equipped cabin. Our family enjoyed every single space especially the downstairs entertainment area which was equipped with an awesome bar, tv, bean bags and the awesome pool table that kept all of us happy and entertained. We used the grill, the gas fire pit, the swing. Drove down the hill to go to lake and played corn hole, mini golf, basketball and other games they had down in the entrance. Cabin was beautiful just as pictured. Loved the fireplace. Comfortable beds and pillows!!! I will definitely be coming back. Grateful for the opportunity to bring my family there.

We were very pleased with our stay! The cabin was nice & clean. Big deck off the back with beautiful huge rocks with rushing water. Very relaxing, such a sight to see! I was happy to be able to take our dog with us.Located close to Chimney Rock & Lake Lure! We will be rescheduling later this year to stay here! Can hardly wait for our next vacation!Thanks Carolina Properties!

This cabin is beautiful and very comfortable! We felt right at home. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The backporch is amazing! We ate breakfast there, played chess and ping pong, read and just relaxed listening to the summer night cricket serenades. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. The hot tub was another plus. We enjoyed exploring the areas of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. We will definitely be coming back to this one!

This is our second stay and it was lovely. We always enjoy our stay at Rocky River, we use it as a time to be revive in our walk with Christ. The running river is so relaxing sitting out of the back deck. It is a nice change of pace coming from the city! If you’re looking to be revived in Christ, relax or escape the city I highly recommend Rocky River!!! We will be back soon Lord willing.
