Walked in about a month ago and came looking for some deer feed blocks that had recently been difficult to find. It was sold out on the shelf, but it showed several still in stock. Despite the cashier being reasonably sure that it was probably just a computer error, she checked the system to realize it didn’t say they had one or two of that item but rather 14. So, armed with that knowledge, she and her other warehouse associate went to the back, and I walked as far as the employee door. I watched them look for it. They found it after scouring the storage area, and the warehouse crew had placed it in the wrong area. I appreciate the extra effort and even though I only came for 1, but I bought 2 of the deer block and left them a flying review on the internal survey. I’ll gladly stop in here just to browse and pick up a few items when in the area.

Don’t bother using online ordering with curbside service. Only one time out of 7 did I get my order brought out in a timely manner. There are 4 great employees there that’s about it. I went this morning to get a pickup order. I called inside and the employee said we will be right out. After 13 minutes and maybe one or two customers in the store I had to go inside. They had not even pulled my order!! Straight lied to!! So curbside is a JOKE

Super uncomfortable . Have been coming here for years and have never had a problem. This time there was Michelle' A I think it's her name. Glasses with Burnett hair about 5'2 and not super skinny but an average build... she profiled us... I thought that I was just overthinking...because I've never had an issue here !! After a few uncomfortable encounters with her in the store I realized what it was... it hurt... we're in 2024... like seriously?? All I can do is pray for her if you want to be weird at work go into another field where every customer looks just like you.

Great place, everything you could possibly need in rural NC.The only place nearby that has a plethora of oil filters and chicks for sale from where I've been.

Good location in the new shopping district part of Knightdale- Is hard to see from the road though; I’ve missed my turn before. Good size store with many products to choose from. Everything from the outdoors to the indoors. Great place to buy outdoor work clothes, gloves, and boots! They have many sales also. Sadly, their isn’t a huge selection of Carhartt jackets. I’m giving 4 stars because I couldn’t do a return at the customer service desk, even though I paid with a debit card. I had to go through a cashier instead, and that took almost 10 minutes because it’s right before Christmas and only 2 cashiers were working.

My husband has tried to order an item three times online for store pickup with the result each time that the order is cancelled with no explanation. He has called customer service and the explanation is basically they are too lazy to go get it from a display in back. We have seen the same item purchased at other locations with the results shown on Facebook. The system always shows the item in stock with at least two available. I wanted to like this store, but this rude customer service is turning my attitude sour.

Sells propane refills but is terrible about keeping enough. Literally only 1 out of every 5 times I've been the past several years do they actually have any that day. If they know they sell that much they should keep more on site.

I'd never been to one of these stores. OMG! I'm in love! Haha!They have a great selection of bird seed and feeders - the main reason for my visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll certainly be going back again and again!

Amazing customer service everyone was so nice and friendly. I brought my dog with me today to pick up some dog stuff we needed and everyone was amazing. They were out of my usual dog food but they are more than helpful in ordering my dog food and making everything so easy for me

Always an easy visit coming here to get what’s needed. Clean store, friendly and helpful employees. They actually care about their chicks during chick days. Only negative is that they don’t seem to be carrying the large timothy hay bales any longer.

Be warned!I bought a bag of “A taste of the wild” and it was spoiled. My dog was having issues the past week with eating it was on and off. He was throwing up white foam and had bad diarrhea. We brought him to the vet last night 400$ later to be told that his food was spoiled and not to buy anything for dogs from this store. The vet said they leave the food on trucks for hours and this isn’t the first time that they have seen this happen from this store.

It’s National Invasive Species Awareness Week. Tractor Supply Company is selling Wisteria sinensis (Chinese Wisteria) from DeGroot. It’s pretty on an arbor, but when this vine escapes into a forest it takes down mature trees. I’m seeing this happen in a few dozen locations around the City: Lake Johnson, Crabtree Creek, Durant Nature Preserve, the Neuse River, Walnut Creek… it’s expensive to control and the damaging effects are well documented, so why is it still being sold? There is a native alternative, Wisteria frutescens.

Nice stores, they have old time farm and pasture needs and up to date new stuff. They don't carry the newest and most expensive tools... But what they carry is good quality tools and feeds and some of the stores will price match competitive stores.

We have a small hobby horse farm, so our choices of where to buy feed and supplies is limited. This Tractor Supply usually has what we need in stock and staff (on most days) are helpful and friendly. Great selection of supplies and feed at competitive prices. My only complaint is every now and then you'll run into rude cashiers who seem to enjoy socializing more than working.

Employees are always helpful and courteous. They epitomize Southern courtesy. Safe environment too! I accidentally left my purse in a cart and left to finish my errands. It was probably 10 minutes before I realized it was missing. When I got back to the store it was behind the counter waiting for me with nothing missing. Very grateful!

I usually come to this place for my pet supplies and ive always been pleased at this location but today i had a rude encounter with the cashier that had an undercut hairstyle with a bun. I was having a nice conversation about breeding dogs with another customer behind me while we were talking the rude cashier kept getting into our conversation and giving me nasty faces. When it was to pay she yelled out my balance for cash and smacked the change on my hand. I hope this lady next learns to mind her business.

The order I was brought out was in fact the wrong item. However, once I told the very nice guy who brought it out to me he was more than happy to fix the problem. Brett went back into the store promptly and brought out the correct item I ordered. It appears that what I ordered was pulled by someone else that works there and they pulled the wrong dog food. This would have been very bad considering my dogs are sensitive to the food they eat. Brett was very very nice and polite to help me. I greatly appreciated his prompt response in going back inside and grabbing the correct dog food I ordered. He is beyond 5 stars!

Front register Christina was very nice, clean location, larger clothes variety then most t.s.c. Only downside was that most t.S we normally go into have more dog food varieties, aside from that all the prices were all marked wrong. Went to the front with a bag that I thought was on sale. (It wasn’t) Isn’t much of a problem but marking your prices would be helpful for someone like me who came in on a tight budget today.(A tad bit embarrassing lol)

Picked up an online order at this location. I never knew about this location until I had the item shipped for pickup. The cashier who was actually the store manager checked me out. He was very friendly and made me feel that my business was appreciated. I would visit again for my bird feeder needs. I also made an additional purchase during the visit. Very good prices.

Ordered dog food and did a curbside pickup. We went all the way home and of course, they gave us the wrong dog food. So now, we have to go all the way back and return it. Very frustrating experience. Don't waste your time here.

I drove 10 miles to my nearest Tractor Supply to go get my propane filled before the winter storm. They refused to fill my tank because they said they close in 1 hour and they stopped filling tanks for the night. Meanwhile there were 4 employees all standing around chatting. Great customer service...
