I took my two puppies for a bath and brush. One puppy is on the shy side, and the staff was so supportive of him. I'm happy to report that both pups did well, and by the time I picked them up, they were best friends with their new groomer buddies. And of course they looked and smelled great! We'll be back again!

I take my Poodle Bishon for grooming and they do a great job. Their pricing is in line with most groomers and they have flexible scheduling with Saturday hours. Very friendly and good reminders, that really helps me with a busy schedule.

My girls weren't always the greatest at getting groomed. But the staff is always very pleasant, and it truly shows how well they are at taking care of your pets. It is a great place to take your furry friends. :)

I usually bring my dogs to Petco but since the one near me closed we ended up finding this place and I wish I started using them sooner. The staff here is really nice and truly show that they care for your pets. The groomers did an amazing job and I can honestly say it was a better groom than we are used to. I highly recommend this place if your in the area or if your willing to make a drive.

We have been a customer for years, and I’ll have to move very far, far away to ever change groomers. I have two large goldendoodles, the maintenance on these dogs… iykyk. The girls always look beautiful afterwards, the groomers really hear you when they ask what kind of cut you want. Most importantly, it’s the only place that my dogs are not scared of. THAT alone makes it worth every penny. Watching my dogs voluntarily walk into this establishment every time is telling, and it gives me a great sense of relief, and it ultimately allows me to trust this establishment with my babies wholeheartedly. We love the Soapy Dog and all the very friendly staff members! We’ve only been treated with kindness, and it’s clear my dogs are too.

We took our two dogs here. They both are really nervous around strangers, but the staff handled them perfectly and the dogs even seemed to enjoy the experience. Service was actually really well priced especially for the quality!

Soapy Dog did a great job with my puppy. Atticus is 15 weeks old and this was his first groom. I wanted him to stay longer/shaggier to maintain his puppy look and the groomers at Soapy Dog did exactly what I was looking for. They were sweet with Atticus and he turned out looking so handsome!

Love The Soapy Dog but unfortunately, they are way too expensive now. A standard cut and nail trim for a 29-pound medium sized dog is $120 with tip. I wish I could go back but it's just hard to justify given the cost and drive from Raleigh.

They're the best! Literally my two yorkies start getting excited when we are a block or more from Soapy Dog. The only other place they get THAT excited is when we're nearing home. Soapy Dog always does a wonderful job. They always listen closely to make sure they are doing what pleases me. They also make sure my next appointment is booked with who I prefer.

The staff is so nice and understanding. I love how they always put colorful bows and a scarf on both of my dogs to make them look adorable. I am not the the best at keeping up with brushing my dogs hair so The Soapy Dog helps me keep my dogs as cute as they can be. Their prices are so reasonable as well. Its worth it bringing my dogs here. Thank you ladies! 😁

While we've had good service here once before, this past time, our dog came home with fleas and kennel cough. We spoke to the owner about it and while she seemed concerned, she also dismissed us and said that we couldn't have gotten it from there, even though our dog is never around other dogs on a day to day basis. We simply asked for a refund for grooming services and she refused, instead giving us 40% off our next visit. We do not plan to return to this place of business.

I think they do a beautiful job but are too expensive for my taste. It seems like they increase their prices every six months. A lot of my family still uses their services but everyone is different. You want be disappointed with the services just the bill.🤷🏾‍♀️

Took both of our senior Terriers in for the first time and we will definitely be a repeat customer! Dogs were cut exactly as we asked for... Staff is very friendly and its obvious they enjoy what they are doing.

I went to The Soapy Dog as a walk in to get my corgi puppys nails trimmed, as we had tried and failed miserably using a set of clippers and a drimmel from Amazon.Determining it was best to leave it to professionals, I looked online and read The Soapy Dogs reviews. I loved that I didn't need to make an appointment for a nail trim. As I was walking up, my boy had a bit of a potty accident and a quick trip turned into a needed bath. I voiced my problem and they were able to accommodate him into their bathing schedule! I filled out his paperwork and was told they'll call when he was ready. I picked him up a couple hours later smelling SO great and with a wonderful nail trim. It was his first time to a groomer and I'm sure he was a bit snippy, but I left a bag of dog treats which they said was helpful. They do ask on the paperwork if they can give your dog treats but it may be best to bring some of your own if your dog has a sensitive stomach like mine does.I'm so happy I found The Soapy Dog and will be certain to take my boy back. Hopefully with each trip he will become more comfortable, as I saw many other dogs, likely their repeat customers, leaving.

I have never been so happy with my toy poodles groom in his 2 years of life. I stopped going to his previous groomers because she didn’t do anything I asked for. She cut his ears even though I said I was growing them out and specifically said do not cut them. I asked to have his face and feet shaved and she did neither. So I found the soapy dog when driving home one day and the reviews looked good. I showed the groomer a picture of how I wanted him to look. She did an amazing job. I absolutely love the way he looks and will be going there from now on!

Our mini schnauzer is very difficult to handle. He is very guarded around his face and snaps. I thoroughly discussed this with the staff st Soapy Dog. They said they would try and work with him. First time not too bad but not a great cut. Second time it was awful. I was embarrassed when they brought him out. Choppy cut and terrible facial cut. He still had food in his beard and dirty eyes. I was charged $55 for a terrible job. My groomer that is retired could cut him beautifully. So apt dog doesn’t know how to handle a problem dog. He only weighs 10 pounds. I advise to go elsewhere with any problems.

I will say all the staff there were very nice but the cut was below average. We have a mini doodle who had very long hair, I asked for her hair to be cut the same length all over, a puppy cut or teddy bear cut as they call it and she is certainly not the same length all over. It’s pretty much a poodle cut and that’s what we didn’t want. It’s also pretty splotchy all over with some bald spots. Im not a dog groomer and I cut her hair twice before this much better. Again very nice staff and very genuine. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I will try somewhere else or do it myself before coming back.

Love this place! Kim and all of her helpers are so kind and thoughtful.They take the time to do an excellent job and treat every pet with the special care you'd expect.Our little guy loves to go there for all of the attention he gets and he looks and smells so great when I pick him up!

You will spend a little more $ than taking your dog to a box chain groomer but I am ok with that since they were so friendly and listened to what I wanted done to my boy. They really seem to care and that is what matters. I also like supporting local businesses. Will definitely continue to bring our boy there for a groom. Thank you for being so kind
