Stopped in this afternoon to get latest COVID vaccines for my mom, brother and myself. I scheduled online and completed the consent forms ahead of time. No waiting, painless injection, friendly helpful staff. At checkout, I had several coupons and a cart full of things. The cashier, Paula, was so helpful and friendly. Thanks to all the staff. Great experience.

I was visiting the Kitty Hawk location to search for Polaroid instant film. I had visited another location but they were sold out, so I at least knew that Walgreens sold the product I was looking for. As soon as I walked in, an older woman with very short hair yelled across the front of the store, and rudely asked what I was looking for. As if I had walked into the wrong place. I reluctantly asked if they carried Polaroid film, and she abruptly replied with an Annoyed and Angry "No". She did not talk to the other customers that way when they walked in. So I decided to check for myself to see if they had any Polaroid film. They DID have the mini film, but not what I needed. But I was very angry that this woman seemed to just try to shoo me out of the store, was rude, and not helpful at all, and lied about not carrying Polaroid film. The goodness I'm just on vacation and I will never have to visit that location again. I wish I would have caught her name. But she should NOT be in customer service.

Poor customer service. Be nice to have employees that want to actually work. One register open 7 people in line and 2 employees talking at the photo counter.

Tried to buy beer on Christmas Day. Have them my Id and everything they scanned everything else I was buying and took the beer off the counter and told me the price. I asked about the beer and they would not sell it to me. It is Christmas and I’m more then old enough to buy it. Worst service and not to mention their attitude. Even when my first words to them were merry Christmas and they couldn’t even say it back. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Go to the one in kill devil hills!

Employees extremely rude, asked cashier politely if anyone in the store could assist me two different times and when I finally found an employee she was rude and had an attitude. I just wanted to find the beach chair that was on sale man, need this vacation to be A1 you feel me. First day on vacation here and I won’t be coming back to this rite aid, it’s 0.1 miles away from where I am staying and they usually get my business the whole week but not this time jack.

We went to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy, and ended up getting 3 free flu shots, 3 frisbees, and some discounted M&M's. Our pharmacist, Mr. Jil, was very nice and filled the prescription extremely quickly. The shop was also spotless and not very crowded. Overall a fantastic trip.

Came in with some old photos from when I was a press photographer and covered Nascar racing in the late eighties and early nineties. I have been worried if anything happened to them and explained to the associate named Sarah how I didn't know much about the scanning system. She jumped in with a lot of enthusiasm and good cheer, not to mention photography skills and helped me get them on a cd. Went way out of her way and completely wiped away my all my apprehensions. Great job by her and the store. Top notch customer service!

Convenient location and nice selection of beach stuff as well as all things you would normally expect at a drugstore. Pharmacy staff, and all the staff for that matter, have always been kind and helpful to me as I've used this place for years.

Once store expanded to include groceries, I often check for deals there. Also because I've earned "Gold" status, (based on purchases), I receive 20% off store wide. Also pharmacy doesnt have lines like Walmart.

Please know this is Walgreens up to few weeks ago this was a Rite Aid. The pharmacy made me feel very stupid after they said this is a Walgreens. They could have politely informed me it was up until a few weeks ago. Very rude. Typical Walgreens.

I had to get a prescription filled while on vacation. My physician sent the script to Walgreens and I picked it up. The customer service was FABULOUS!!!!!!
