Dr Partlow and the entire staff are outstanding. In addition to routine wellness care, Ollie has needed to visit twice with complicated urgent issues - they got him in the same day and helped him and recover from a traumatic dog attack in 2023 and recently from a serious illness. Ollie trusts them and that tells me everything - they are talented, compassionate professionals and I highly recommend this practice.

I brought our senior senior cat in for a second opinion to a prior diagnosis at another clinic. They examined her throughly, took X-Rays and determined that the prior diagnosis was incorrect. They attended to her condition and gave us well thought-out prognosis for short and long term care for our fur baby. I HIGHLY recommend the team here!

Milo had an accident over the weekend and scraped his eye. I called martins point Monday morning and they worked us in that afternoon. Thanks to Martin Point for seeing us Monday we were able to start Milo’s eye drops Monday. He is very thankful for there help even though he doesn’t show it . 😂 We are very thankful to the staff at Martins point and would recommend them to anyone.

We were visiting the outer banks for our honeymoon and our bulldog had an existing cyst that ruptured. They were able to get us In right away . Treated our bullie’s condition and were cautious with his breed. Over all They were all very nice and provided good care for him . Spike got to continue his vacation!! :)

These folks are incredible. We've been using them for about 3 years. Just got two newspca kittens and took them in for shots. Got there and realized we were a day early for our appointment. We live about 30 minutes away, so they accommodated us and saw the kittens right away.

On vacation in the OBX and we brought our 2 yr old Golden Retriever Daisy with us. She developed a hot spot on her neck and we knew we needed to get her on antibiotics quickly to get it under control. Googled and found Martin’s Point Vet and called when they opened. They were very nice and gave us an appt for later in the afternoon. They were so nice when we arrived for the appt and took us in on time, had us in and out with all the needed Rxs quickly and their prices were the same or less than our home vet in Philly so the bill was reasonable and what I expected. Was pleased they didn’t have higher prices just because they could for their location and serving a lot of vacationers. Office staff was very nice and efficient. Vet staff (assts and DRs) were very nice to both us and our dog and treated her kindly and helped keep her calm and comfortable during the exam, shaving the sore area and swabbing her ears. If we were local we would definitely consider making Martin’s Point our regular vet. Thank you! Post appt cuddle with her ducky feeling a little tired from her meds.

Dr. Parlow saw my Cookie for an eye ailment last minute in a Friday. She was so wonderful! Very thorough and explained everything to us, and Emily was so gentle with Cookie while Dr P took care of her. We are so grateful to our new “home”! Thank you Dr P♥️

My Yorky Coco got a urinary tract infection while we were vacationing. They had no open appointments, but told us to bring her right away and we did. We didn’t have a long wait time at all. Everyone was very friendly and caring and they gave her the appropriate anabiotic’s And she is doing very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone vacationing in the area.

It was my rescue pups first vet appointment with Dr. Gimbel. The staff were all so patient/ kind with her and gave her all the love and treats. They definitely treated Miley as if she were their own dog 😊

We went without an appointment and they were able to get us in within an hour. Our dog received great (and gentle) care for her torn toenail. I would definitely use them again when we are in OBX on vacation.

This is by far the best vet clinic in the area! The people here are loving towards animals and treat every customer as a friend. I have been a customer for over 12 years! I would not take my pets anywhere else! When I had to put down my Pepper dog, some of the staff were emotional too but kept it to themselves...they are professional. They have hearts! They were very nice to our Pepper dog and we miss him horribly. We still bring our Meatball dog to them for bi-yearly check ups and to get his nails clipped sometimes as well. They love my Meatball. I love these people. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are wonderful! Stop here! You have reached the best place for your pet!

I was highly impressed with my experience at Martins Point Vet. Late on a Sunday night, I was in a panic regarding my dog and I was able to make an online appointment for the following morning which eased my mind. The office called me Monday morning to confirm my appointment and took care of me right away when I walked through the door. The doctor was very thorough and explained all the procedures and Medicines prescribed. The following day there was a follow up call to check on my dog as well as to give me some more information regarding some of the tests they took the previous day. Great experience. I would definitely return.

Friendly and helpful. My family lives here in SS and Martin’s Point has cared for all of their dogs. When I visit, I’ve brought my German Shepherds for shots and checkups and it’s always smooth and caring. When our last family dog passed, they received a card, etc.

We had only been here in Duck NC for about a week when my two year old standard poodle injured her left foot. I called Martins Point Veterinary Hospital and they agreed to see me the same morning. The staff there were very polite and professional . and, my dog felt very comfortable there. The veterinarian we saw was Jeanne Feldhaus DVM,CVA. She was amazing, yet conservative in her approach to treating my dog. I was very impressed!

Our first visit our first day our dog got very sick. Martin’s Point could not have been more wonderful and helpful. Very kind and excellent care. Makes me want to relocate here. Thank you so much!!!!! Because we didn’t have an appointment we did have to wait over 2 hours but we met many other lovely dogs and pet owners. Well worth the wait for top shelf care.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the team was at Martin's Point Vet Hospital! After our older dog had a mild fainting episode, they worked me in urgently and made me fully understand everything that was happening. They provided great care and a treatment plan and made sure I knew what to expect an what to look out for. We are new to the area but so lucky to have such a great place nearby! We loved our last vet in Georgia, but this experience was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We were on vacation with our dogs. One of which has lots of different ailments. Ranging from blindness, skin problems, and diabetes just name a few.A day and a half after we arrived she developed a skin irritation that kept her up for at least 24 hours never being able to rest.I walked into Martin's point, and they had us in the back getting her looked at in less than an hour and a half.That was impressive considering we were not clients and didn't even have an opportunity to make an appointment.They took their time, didn't rush, and were able to formulate a plan that soon helped her within about 12 hours, giving her much-needed relief.We appreciate their time, and attention to detail. Overall we were extremely impressed with the facility, doctors, and also the staff.Thank you folks very much!
