Normally Brew Thru is AWESOME. Not this time; Nice store but unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude from the kid. Wouldn't get off his duff and then mouthed off at me when I got out of my car to look at t-shirts. So we got back in our car and spent $800+ at a liquor store down the street. Good job, kid.For management: we visited Nov 15 at around 3:45pm.

I have never had a more offensive experience. We went in to buy water and pump gas, and the homophobic attendant refused to serve us. We had issues with the pump, and he refused to help, accusing our credit cards (when we knew that wasn’t an issue). The man working said he had been “working here for 10 years and had never come across this issue” and when he walked out, he said “I’ve never seen this.” Highly recommend AVOIDING Brew Thru!

First time at a drive-through liquor store! I wish I had gotten the gentleman who helped me’s name, he was younger and very friendly. Him and his associate were great about direct me to great beers. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Didn't intend on stopping here, but ended up here hoping to jump my cousins car which was stuck inside. A regular customer was able to help them out before I got there, but did stop in anyway for a drink and found that the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also seemed to have some of the drinks the other didn't, which I thought was strange, but was glad to have gone here as it will probably be my go-to next year.

We drove up and the woman who helped us get our shirts had no mask on! It was so easy to understand what she was saying and she was far enough away that we weren’t worried at all! We love our shirts!

Brah you can't say you went to the OBX without coming do the Brew Thru. Get the annual t-shirt and a sticker. Don't forget your frosty beverage. A local staple.

We got off the bridge, saw this Brew Thru and said "Hey, we're going to need beer for the rental!." 23 minutes of waiting later we were finally leaving with our poison of choice. Ironically, the walk-in liquor store would have been far faster.

Care for some COVID with that six-pack? No one working was wearing a mask; employee we saw was literally a foot from the customer in front of us. If you believe that COVID is a huge conspiracy, this is your place; for intelligent people, avoid it Visited the location in Kill Devil Hill, and it was the same thing. Lost my business.

Gas and beer. What more do you need? T-shirts are great souvenirs. Prices might be a little more for the convenience but it isn't that bad. Oh yeah tip the person who saved you the time.
