I frequent this location and often see Sharon at the helm. She is very pleasant always and is constantly doing things around the store while simultaneously accommodating patrons. Sharon is the consummate service person and this location is fortunate to have an employee like her.

Loud rap music blasting from behind the counter as always and lady at counter was rude as per usual. I swear every time I walk In here I’m never going back, yet I do anyway. Tonight will absolutely be the final time I step foot in there. I’ll spend my money elsewhere as there are plenty of other choices with way friendlier staffs not blaring their own music as loudly as they please. Drive by this location and choose any other one, trust me.

Stopped in several times during our vacation, whether for gas or snacks, or a quick lunch. Staff was friendly and the place was much cleaner than many other convenience stores we stopped at on our way down. Great food and great selection of snacks. Thanks.

Pretty cool store but me and alot of the other customers feel like we are being way to hurried to get what we need and get out. Mainly in the mornings. They rush us through the check out line and are rude if we are slow. It would be great to see them relax and smile on occasion. Other than that, the food is great and the place is clean. Awesome coffee too!!

The lady working graveyard shift was way nicer than any waiter or receptionist I've seen in the OBX. Definitely deserves commendation.

I would give 0 stars. This store need more zero sugar options other than 7-11 brand that has no flavor or just coke zero. Not everyone drinks coke products. Also employees can't even scan a lottery ticket to pay out 4 freaking dollars. So I just left the ticket and money there because some of us only get limited time to have a lunch break, and don't have the time to wait.

Horrible customer service!. I'm not sure if the man with the dress shirt on with the dirty cuffs was a manager but he was rude as hell! Didn't want to speak when you walked in. Then was laughing at customers while checking with an air of arrogance. However the woman who checked us out was very sweet and courteous!

Good all the way around. They helped my younger siblings finger what they needed and helped us get on out way. Can't wit till they refer me to a first time supplier for goods and services. So I can start my own business for tourists.

The man and woman working tonight (5/19/20 1am) were so kind and just happy to be there :) Usually midnight shift staff are kind of wilted but they offered to make us food and were just so great! Didn't catch their names but they deserve a raise or something! ✌

This establishment is garbage I’ve lived in dare county for 7 years now and this particular 7/11 has never been professional from falsely accusing customers of stealing to the employees soliciting drugs from me and other customers. I’ve been stereotyped and disrespected to many times. Also the employees have no respect for the establishment , the manager or customers. I’ve seen them give people undercooked food that was still cold to the touch but supposedly just came out of there oven.i have witnessed the employees throwing trash can lids around and cursing cause they had to take out the trash. I have personally been talked down to and disrespected by both employees and manager/owner by the name of Michelle. I’ve had employees tell me if I bought them marijuana and brought it too then On shift I could have anything from the store free of charge(mind you I was under the age of 18 at this time) and yes everything included alchahol and Tabacoo products the list of mishaps and problems with this establishment goes on and on. I would not recommend going to this trash 7/11 to anyone and trust me I work for a business that goes there daily in the morning for fuel and food. I will be filing a formal complaint to corporate and disclosing every mistake I’ve ever seen the employees or manager make

Very good Trump toilet scrubber would use. But the place smelled weird and bad customer service lady kept demanding us to give her 80¢ because she couldn't give us change. Good slurpees tho.

I am 48 years old and look it... went in with my teen daughter bought drink and attempted to buy a lottery ticket. The boy said it was illegal to sell me one because I had a kid with me... so if you want a lottery ticket, don’t take your kid in for a slurpee.

The cash register girl was super nice and helpful both times we stopped in on our 4 day trip. Store was clean and well stocked.

About average. No public restroom and place looks like it could use some work. Stopped in multiple times and some staff was nice and friendly and other staff came across pretty rude.

Wouldn't allow my child to use restroom, so I went to the circle K down the street and spent my money there. Second place I went to in a row where the restroom was conveniently out of order.
