Enjoy being able to check myself out, it's convenient and quick. I also get to fold clothing items the way I like. I also feel associates can be better utilized stocking shelves than having to ring me out. Like my Walmart experience.

I recently visited the electronics department at this Walmart with the intention of purchasing a camera. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The camera I was interested in was locked in a display case, necessitating assistance from an associate to access it. However, the interaction with the associate left much to be desired. It felt as though my request was a significant inconvenience to her, which was both uncomfortable and disheartening. It’s essential for customer-facing staff, especially in areas requiring specific assistance like electronics, to exhibit professionalism and a helpful demeanor. I believe the associate I dealt with could greatly benefit from additional customer service training to improve future interactions with customers. My visit did not meet the standard I expect from Walmart, particularly given their reputation for customer service.

First I want to say it's not a whole store issue, it's a department issue, and it's not happend once or twice it's every time just about.The pick up and delivery department, almost every single time my delivery is late, the drivers even say they are waiting 15 to 20 mins for them to pick up deliveries. I 100% believe this because I used to wait 30 mins sometimes and have to ask other associates where my groceries were.They don't answer the phone 90% of the time. The store staff is fabulos.

I asked an employee if there was anyone working in the grocery department, she said no abruptly, I said oh man, she said well what do you need hatefully, I said I need some more of that coffee that I can't reach & I showed her, she thru her hands up & said what, I showed her again, she pulled a stick hook from her cart & pulled 2 dumping them over & said there, I said I need some more, she pulled the stick back out, pulled some more dumping them over, I then reached up to get them & put them all in my cart, was counting to make sure I had the amount I needed & she acted like I was disrupting her, never once smiled, I could tell she didn't want to help me, I said I'm sorry if I bothered you, she said I'm just trying to pull for orders, I said thanks anyway let me get out of your way, she never once said your welcome, smiled or anything. She made me feel like I was a nobody! By me shopping there she needs to realize I help pay her paycheck along with others shopping there & get a better attitude! Everyone has bad days but don't take it out on the customer! I won't be shopping there again if I can help it.

The grocery pickup is the most horrible thing. Walmart employees will bag you the most unpleasant and expired food. The fruits and vegetables seems to be going bad and they still give them to you after you paid good money to receive fresh produce. I tried to overlook it TWO times, but now I am just going to leave reviews. If you want fresh food, veggies, fruits I would advice you to go into like Food lion.

I usually can't eat Burger King but my husband and I have been eating the impossible burgers, and they are actually really good. The lady that took our order was friendly and kind. The only problem was that we asked for onion rings instead of fries and got one fry and one onion ring. Other than that everything was great 👍.

The shopping experience is ok until it's time to check out 🤢🤮 !!! Hundreds of people are in the store, and only 2 registers are open!!! So, many are forced to do a self-checkout with a loaded shopping cart. 🤬🤬

I really hate stopping here but on my way to work so convenient at times. What isn't convenient is the fact that they only ever have one cashier actually working a register...if your lucky. Was waiting to check out and there was someone in front of me with the conveyor belt full and no cashier. We were both looking around and while there was plenty of people stocking no one would step up to check us out. When someone finally came they had an attitude which is pretty standard at this Walmart. Not everyone wants to self checkout, especially if your paying with cash which half the time the self checkout doesn't accept. Management clearly lacking in dealing with this situation as this isn't the first time this has happened.

went an order an order online and paid a $5 delivery fee to get it delivered by a spark driver name anthony to realizing i never got my order at all and now i’m having to wait 24-48 to see if i can get a cancellation on my items that i spend $70 on because my driver wanted to keep my order instead of deliver my stuff to me. i work for walmart and i’m highly disappointed that this is the route it has came to! will not be doing a delivery from here anymore.

I usually don't go in Super Walmarts, in this townMy friend went in, I stayed in the car.I thinks it's been 6 months since I went in the super store.I did go in the Walmart Neighborhood store, I was looking for Christmas decorations, they didn't have them. Thats ok.I like shopping at Walmarts in other areas of the state. But Walmart is not my kind of store anymore.

Unfortunately, there's more employee's shopping for people's groceries, than there are working the registers. I never see any register employee's, only self check. We've moved our shopping to Aldi, Food Lion, and only go to Walmart if we can't find it elsewhere. A few employee's are helpful. Others, act like they don't see you or hear you. I'll pay more elsewhere.

The roof leaks water into the fresh food..they never have produce on shelf...they never remove out of dates.... management is rude and unprofessional walking around Facetime on there phone.

Customer service is definitely not a walmart specialty.....hard to find what you need when they've put freight all through the store without leaving much room for shopping....lots of prices have went way up so saving money compared to other stores is not a plus anymore...you're better off grocery shopping at food lion where they pay more attention to you....but the absolute saddest and most inexcusable practice Walmart does is video you all over the store and then still proceed to stop you at the door and check your stuff like you've done something wrong while I've personally seen several people walk right out and set off the alarms without confrontation at all....STOP checking your good customers if you're so willing to let the thieves walk out because you're afraid to get sued!!!! We already avoid going here enough, getting real close to absolutely not going back at all. There's a lot of competition out there Wal-Mart, y'all need to improve

The price is not correct with what they advertise and even after speaking to a manager he said I could buy it or not he didn't care. I needed a battery and the price was marked wrong. The manager was very rud Very rude.

Having a 4 alarm Christmas emergency. My fake tree has fallen apart. These were all I had left to choose from. Can't even get a real living tree on clearance from Food Lion because they're out of tree holders, even though their app says their in stock.

All shelves, freezer lockers, and cold items as well as clothing and school supplies were wellstocked. Lots of choices throughout the store. Customer service was quick and the wait time was less than 5 mins. Used self checkout and it was a no wait line.

This was my first visit to this Walmart supercenter. Although the Kinston area kind of gets a bad rap sometimes for being not the best area, this Walmart supercenter was well stopped on our visit. Also, the place was quite busy! The staff was very friendly, and the place was acceptably clean except for a strong urine stench near the front restrooms. Otherwise, it was an overall decent Walmart shopping experience for the most part. I have to say also, the very nice lady at the front door/ Maine entrance was one of the nicest happiest greeters i have ever seen. She was literally laughing and welcoming every customer as they entered, and saying. Thank you and talking with people as they were exiting. That was rare. This made a very good impression on me overall.
