My appointment for a flu shot was 4:40. I wasn’t even taken back til 50 minutes later. If I had known that was going to happen, I would’ve just went to the dr for the shot and saved time.

I went into the store today. I only asked for a replacement vaccine card. I misplaced the other one and need it for my trip Friday. Amy Is extremely rude to customers. This makes twice she has been unprofessional. The first time a few months ago with my husband. He didn't say anything but today I did. I was told if you lose this card she can't replace it anymore. Who are you to tell me that a piece of paper can't be replaced. I never intended to lose the original but I did. I will not return to this store again. If I could give zero stars I would 😡😡

Cashier was not at all pleasant; stood in line in front of her register and when I went to walk up she took a gentlemen from the second cashier's line before me. Then when finally checking out my items, I simply asked about an item that was supposed to be on sale & I needed to walk & point it out. By this point she's acting visibly annoyed and tells me the stuff is just in the wrong spot and acted rude, so I left. Do yourself a favor and give your business to another retailer that hires more considerate employees.

Idk who that Amy lady think she is, but that rude attitude of hers ain’t gonna get her far at all. Man she has THE WORST attitude AND she’s sarcastic as heck! If she’s there I wait for another pharmacist, or come another day because she can ruin your day👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with and that says alot being I'm from up North! They make it very clear they do not value you as a customer/patient I've had so many issues with them and the way they talk down to you, they all need a reality check, they are not the only pharmacy in Kiston. I would rather drive to Greenville them deal with this particular pharmacy

Pharmacy is slow! you wait 30 min or more whether prescription is ready or not every time and the cashiers inside always seem miserable and annoyed

I dislike the pharmacy...every time it seems when I drop off a script it's never ready when I pick it up after being gone like 2 hours. Then I go in and sit like 10 minutes only for them to tell me that the pharmacist is gone that I have to wait even longer... REALLY??? It's ridiculous... they need to get it together.

Dropped off my film and now I've been trying to get pictures back. It has been almost a month and still no pictures. I have called several times and visited the store. This is the first time this has happened. Called again this morning, hopefully I'll finally get an answer or my pictures.
