Me and my husband come in after finding them on Google! They were great helpful and had a great selection of fish decor and other animal supplies. We bought a lot of fish, some artificial plants, shrimp and they gave me some snails too. They started our business an account and told me to call if I had issues since we drove a little distance to get there. All of my fish have dome great the decor looks amazing and I will be back for more! 10/10 recommend!!

My new baby, Big Red! The lady owner was very helpful! They put fresh water in his cup to get him home! He is so friendly! I keep him by the window. When I get up, he's up! This was a great purchase and start of a new friendship! I definitely recommend this store! I'm glad I found it on Google Maps! Never knew it Was there! I Am happy! We are happy! 💞💞💞

Very good selection of fish the ones u by from regular stores like pet co skinny an have many deformities the ones from her thick an vibrant full of life an will live for a good amount of time the people there have much knowledge an only ones that helped me get established tank

The staff are so knowledgeable about all the animals in this store. They gave my daughter the very best "first pet store" experience she could have imagined! She's not stopped talking about the store and how much she loved everything. She got to hold a tarantula and one of the shop operators snakes. This is now our "go to" pet shop! Definitely worth the hour drive for us!

Been going here since 2014 - my first snake came from here when she was 9 months and - she is now 4 years old and 6'3"! I also get my feeder rats from here. Ashley and Deb are both nice and knowledgeable!

I visited the store yesterday and found a female Betta with beautiful markings at a reasonable price. They have a variety of fish and plants, including some beautiful koi betta. The fish all looked active and healthy. The salesperson was helpful and answered all my questions even though she was busy. I will be back in the future.

Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is always willing to help and educate the buyers for the best success of the tank. There isn’t always the largest selection of fish but customers can be added to a call and wait list for specific fish. This is our favorite local pet store.She helps me manage and control the green algae build up in my tank.

Family type atmosphere. Was able to get the live feeder mice I needed for our juvenile ball pythons. So appreciative. While I was there I noticed they were custom ordering a supplement for a customer. They go above and beyond for their customers.

You will never have a bad experience in this store. Amazing selection, amazing staff. They all have lots of knowledge about the products they sell and what specific pets need to to thrive. We are new tortoise owners and they did an amazing job giving us information and resources to find the products that were best suitable for our new baby.

I have been getting a lot of my supplies from this pet store for a long time, Mrs. Deb is the bomb Diggity! They are the best of the best. You got questions…, Mrs. Deb has answers 😉 I’ve always hated pet stores because the employees are rude and don’t take care of the animals and don’t take their time to provide the best customer experience. Mrs. Deb, Ashley & Kat take great care of the animals here, they go above and beyond for their customers! You will not be disappointed, This is the only pet store I would ever recommend! I love this store Deb and Stan the owners are such amazing people and they care so much for every single animal/reptile & fish in there shop and are VERY cautious & careful when it comes to letting someone but/adopt one of there babies, and Ashley who also works there is great. She's very helpful, knowledgeable with all the animals and especially the reptiles. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a pet or even advice on a pet you have. I love you guys

FISH, BIRDS, REPTILES AND MORE!!… I’ve been to aquatics stores from Greensboro to Wilmington NC and Fintastics of Kinston is by far my favorite. From making sure all their fish/animals are healthy to making sure their selection and/or your experience is unmatched. I would recommend to anyone in ENC worth the drive!!!!

I absolutely love this store! I took my guinea pig in here after I got him off Craigslist to make sure he was healthy, and they checked him over for me. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about all their animals. They even took down my name and phone number to let me know when they got in a female Abbey guinea pig so I could get my boy a girlfriend. They also let me know why my kid's goldfish died and what to do to prevent it next time. We go in here often and love playing with the ferrets.

Just moved to the Greenville area and couldn't find a place that sold live feeder rats for my ball python. I finally found fin-tastic, it's a bit of a drive for me but it's totally worth it. The staff was unbelievably friendly, and so helpful. I'm really so glad I found them!

These are the nicest people ever. Bought some society finches. Great price and everyone gave me plenty of info. Live near Jacksonville so don't get to Kinston often. But it's a must stop location when we go that direction. Every tank was so clean and every animal looked so good. You can tell they really care.

I absolutely love coming in here! I get to interact with the ferrets and the staff is super helpful. We took our guinea pig in to get his nails cut. They only charge $5. Ashley also trimmed Gus' (our guinea pig's name) calluses, which is a common thing for guinea pigs to get. Every time I take Gus into the store, the staff is so very friendly. They always look at Gus to make sure he is in good health. They answer any questions we might have. If you register your info in their store, you are eligible for layaway on anything in the store, including animals. Also, once you spend $500 in store, you get a $25 gift card to use in store. Excellent place to go!
