It was fine...friendly staff...only thing I didn't see was beer like the other locations...but lots of things were sold out due to the Holidays...This was my 1st visit but I will definitely go back

I live in Dover. I did not have a receipt for am item I wanted to return. I know the policy is they give you a gift card instead of money. I was going to replace item of 17.25 dollars for some food. The manager refused to allow me to me akr the exchange. I left. I made a few phone calls to ask about the policy. I was correct. I called the manager back and told her. She enfirmef me that you had 30 days to return it and she was ride and hung up on me. That's the second time she has been rudeShe never asked me when I bought the items. The fact is I spent 500 dollars there and has my bank statement to show this which I will be glad to show them. She never asked me when I purchased them. 27.25 out of ,500 I'd all I wanted replaced. Do you tell me if she is right. I supervised for many years. She needs to be educated on customer service. She fehtCrs fily fpllar

Family dollar on Highway 70 and Kinston always has what I need! If you can’t find it at Walmart they will certainly have it. Come out and support them this first week of 2021 in their competition! Great store clean environment wonderful employees!

Only one clerk was willing to help me. The two was standing behind the counter eating, one was putting up stock and the other one was on the cash register.
