I was in there yesterday to pick up one item. The cashier did nothing to assist the elderly lady in front on me to unload her bag. The woman struggled to turn the bag thing to get her bags. The cashier barely made it soI could get my bag. As an assistant customer service manager, I find that type of service appalling.

I went to get some cleaning supplies, but found a lot of good deals. The employee's there were so nice in seeing if I needed any help in finding my items I came to get. If this store was rated a 1-10 it would have to be a 10.

I visited this dollar general tonight and the store manager Mrs.GiGi was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely helpful and very engaging. She has excellent service skills and I’m definitely going to start going to this, it’s wonderful customer service that will keep people coming back. Thank you Mrs.GiGi for the help with my coupons on the laundry detergent😃

The managers here are incompetent. Was in the store for roughly and hour and didnt see the manager get up off her lazy rear to do anything. Store is always cluttered to a point of tripping hazards. The employees here are not happy. All in all the only reason i come here is because its the closest store. Need new management asap.

Today the store was very cluttered and trashy in appearance. Not sure aboht guy running register. No name tag. He didn't know how to count back my change. He gave me the impression he was someone that got behind the counter without any training at all.
