I vist this store frequently but this the first time I've been disrespected by worker like this in my life by y'all new cashier with the glasses all I did was ask did she have some help since the line was long but she had to reply with animosity if this the type of workers y'all allow to work here than y'all need reality check

The cashier was very polite. I don't like the store stocking, they forever saying we putting it out, or it will be on the shelf tomorrow, but when you come back it's not. And the prices most times be for the wrong item, or not listed.

In my area it's hard to find good customer service, but I must say this specific dollar general had great customer service and friendly employees who were very helpful. Most dollar generals in my area have employees who seem like they hate their job and don't take it seriously. This is the best dollar general In kinston!

I was in the store and I couldn't find what I was looking for. The young lady Carlesha stopped what she was doing and walked me to where I could find what I was looking for. Carlesha showed that she has the potential of going beyond her cashier position. I thought that she was one of the manangers there due to her being so helpful. Carlesha is how customer service should be displayed with in an establishment. I thank you so much Miss Carlesha for your pleasant attitude, assistance and your great customer service!

This is my favorite store. They have all my needs in one spot at a discounted price. I enjoy catching the sales and deals. The staff is friendly and available to assist 😊

Very nice store to shop in . great brand of products but once you get to the counters tax really adds up . its nothing to spend over $50 per vist. Whatecer it is youwill come out cheaper at Walmart .

I call the King St. Store, ask for a product I know they carry and the staff stated she don't carry it and I said you do cause I purchase from the Dollar General, she said well I haven't seen it and she couldn't look in the department for it...Is the store that big that nobody could look? Okay!
