I have done multiple trips to this store since Christmas and to say the attitude of the staff has improved since last time is 100% true.The only drawback is low supply on various items. Don't know if that is the new normal or due to the winter storm that was in our area.I will say that while the pharmacy lady is different she was nice and smiled. She was the exact opposite of the last one.

I don't shop Walgreens anymore. They never have what I'm looking for. The employees here are and at the other Kings Mountain location, I'm very sad to say, inept at providing customer service. My rewards account doesn't work anymore, and no one ever offers to help fix the issue. There's not much use for a store like this in today's marketplace.

For weeks now this store has only been open from 9 am to 5 pm mon thru fri and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Apparently they can't get another pharmacist in there. I don't doubt it because the female pharmacist is the bish from hell.I will be taking my prescriptions across the street to CVS.

The Female Pharmacist at this location.is the rudest unprofessional Pharmacist I've ever spoken with in my life, I am a Minister of God and for God. This Lady needs to be in another Field of employment, because as she talks with her customers she has absolutely no concern for them, her words speak volumes of rudeness, she is very self-centered unprofessional in her position as a Pharmacist. Advice go to Walgreen's on 601 east king street they will treat each customer with respect and as humans. Only God knows how many people's business she has cost the Walgreen's Corporations.

The female pharmacist is one of the most rudest people I have ever met in my life. I will be looking for another pharmacy. I will not tolerate horribly rude service over and over. No customer deserves that.I also don’t think her supervisors would like her recommendation to switch pharmacies. Very unprofessional demeanor.

The pharmacy is horrible. I've had terrible experiences the last year. They are under staffed. I get the same medications but each month the price is different. Even if you call ur meds in 24-48 hours in advance your still gonna wait at least 30 minutes in line to pick them up. CVS pharmacy is very professional. Does automatic refills and you receive a text when your meds are ready. CVS is the BEST! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY WITH WALGREEN ON SHELBY ROAD IN KINGS MTN. I always try to be fair on my reviews but this Walgreens in horrible. I'm wondering how they are still in business.

Went to this location for the first time today to get my Covid Vaccine and was assisted by Nathan in pharmacy. He was friendly and professional. Yes, as some one else mentioned, there was a wait time but that is expected.I am glad I chose this location for my Covid Vaccine. Overall the store was clean and all other employees I encountered were very nice. I look forward to going back and getting my second Covid Vaccine dose at this Walgreens location.

Tina and Susan are the most unprofessional and rude employees this locations has. I have never felt more attacked verbally anywhere I have shopped. Will never go back and switching to another pharmacy.

I love this store and pharmacy. I take my prescriptions in and they say it'll take about 15 minutes, and almost every time it's ready in 5 minutes. Before we were getting our scripts at a nearby CVS and they always took a minimum of 2 hours.The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Shelves are always well stocked with a wide array of products.

I had a very bad experience at this location the other day. The employees here treat customers with the utmost DISRESPECT. I had several coupons I wanted to use that was advertised in the Walgreens flyer from the newspaper. The employees at this location simply treat customers who use coupons lower than dirt.You use a single coupon from the newspaper and they automatically accuse you of fraud even if you are buying the matching item on the picture on the coupon itself.A "Shift Lead" that was working at this store at the time, her name beginning with an "M" and ending with an "A" was particularly nasty to customers. A customer came in wanting to make a copy of something and they immediately accused the person of a felony act, even though they don't have a copy machine in the store. Unbelievable. Other customers walked out in disgust of those employees after hearing those accusations.Not to mention they attempt to limit ANYONE to 1 or 2 of the same item at this location. So if they have a 10 for $10 sale or a 4 for $10 sale, I guess you can't get that advertised sale because they won't let customers buy more than 2 of the same item. Awful.They also attempt to limit you to 2 transactions per customer per day. I completed 2 transactions but immediately after I forgot that I needed milk and eggs. They stated to me "You have already completed 2 transactions. You may not purchase anything else in the store today". REALLY?? Wow.My suggestion is avoid this store if you can. Go to the Walmart across the street. At least they let you buy what you want without some ridiculous limitations. I went there and had ZERO problems with buying what I wanted and ZERO problems with using my coupons.Walgreens, your employees are causing you a loss of sales and business. This goes double for the woman named "M*****A" who was shift lead that day. She appears to work other locations as well, which is unfortunate. I will not shop at a Walgreens with her working there.All in all, as I stated, stay away from this store unless you like being treated lower than dirt. Worst experience I have ever had at a retail store in over 30 years.

Had nothing but bad experiences with the kings mtn pharmacy, starting with being put on hold, my dr's assistant held for 10 minutes and finally hung up. I'm on hold for at least 20 minutes each time I call, before being hung up on, and found it's almost faster to go there, if I could put a negative star on rating I would, I don't think they deserve 1 star.

I have had a horrible experience here. First I went there after I called the Kings Mountain store to get a prescription transferred from the Rock Hill store. The person working there said that I was all set and could come pick it up. When I got there, their transfer system was down and would have to call the Rock Hill store to get it situated. They said that would take a little bit so I left. I came back after about 30 minutes and they hadn't even called the RH store and I had to look up the number for the pharmacist on MY phone. She called the RH store and said that the lady there messed something up and the RH lady said "Tell her I'm sorry, I feel like an idiot". I came back to the store the next weekend to get a different prescription filled. The worker tried looking it up and I told him the name. The pharmacist then came over to help and pointed to the prescription on the screen. I waited for them to fill it and then had to pay $60 for the prescription which seemed about right. I got home and noticed that it was the wrong medicine. Now I have to go back to get the right one. Both times I went to the store, their system went down. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

The pharmacist named Jeff is very rude. I have been using Walgreens for 10 years and I get my medicine and my children's medicine filled there and always have but I will no longer do so until he is replaced. He has an ugly attitude and has even used his personal cell phone to call my mother once to harrass her and told her She would have to drive to the Shelby Walgreens to get her meds filled. She doesn't drive, me and my sister have to take turns taking care of her. That was all because her doctor wrote her her NON narcotic meds to get filled early due to a conversation between her and the doctor. It's not professional to call a customer on your personal phone and run their blood pressure up with nonsense and attitude. He is once again rude, ugly, immature and a smart arse towards regular customers. I'd rather wait in the lines at Walmart pharmacy and pay a little more than to be exposed to a toxic individual as Jeff.Thank you,Sarah Smith

My father got his flu shot here by the pharmacist. He cannot use his arm now. We suspect it was injected into the bursa.When he tried to contact Walgreen’s just to get the staff better educated to avoid harming anyone else, they ignored him.Please consider getting your vaccinations elsewhere

Why is the pharmacy closed on the weekend? I'm going to end up going days without my meds, because y'all decided to be closed Saturday and Sunday. Went by the pharmacy yesterday, Friday, and they were closed at 6. Ridiculous

Walgreens might be the nicest store in Kings Mountain. They more than any other drugs store. Probably are closest to a grocery store. They have a lot of groceries. I also think they have a very big candy section. Maybe more than anyone. I get my prescription here. And have rarely had problems. Also got my flu shot. At least they have a bathroom. CVS doesn't. They aren't cheap though. They don't open till 900 AM Because of Covid

I love this Walgreens they are super amazing and the pharmacy/pharmacist are helpful I have been paying almost $200 for my son's medicine and they told me about their discount card to help me save over $100 on his medicine so greatful wouldn't go any where else
