Oh man just got racially profiled inside of the Walgreens in Kings Mountain saw me come in reached in my bag got my headphones out thought I was stealing. Only to see me get my headphones out with my fsa card said Robbie (cashier) said looked like someone that came in there earlier that they're all on edge. So I not only was I completely misjudged but did not receive an apology from PAM or ROBBIE. I will be calling to the store then corporate tomorrow morning. Please run the tape recording of me on camera not a lick of evidence to people labeling and putting a stereotype on someone based on skin. The event happened at 8:01pm 2/20/24.

The store itself is great and employees. But the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are rude. There are signs saying when they close and you can hear them on the phone telling customers they close at a different time. 5 people back there and I was told 2 different things. My prescription would be a hour then, that it was denied….. um how when it was just called in. I call my doctor they call and then call me back telling me the pharmacy just hasn’t done it yet. It’s a revolving door with pharmacists and techs back there.

I went to have pictures printed for mother’s day. The sales associate was a female who I believe to be named "Ronnie" was very rude to an Asian customer indirectly who needed passports. She stated, "they need to go back to the border." Then became more upset when I asked for my pictures to which she said would take up to another hour. Then walked off frustrated with a customer that kept pressing the assistance request button aisles away.

I don't shop Walgreens anymore. They never have what I'm looking for. The employees here are and at the other Kings Mountain location, I'm very sad to say, inept at providing customer service. My rewards account doesn't work anymore, and no one ever offers to help fix the issue. There's not much use for a store like this in today's marketplace.

Very Fast Service has my medicine ready In 15-20 Minutes after the doctor had called them in. Also was in & out very fast.

I’d give a 0 if I could. Scheduled a Covid test a week in advance. They called the day prior to inform me they would be closed on Sunday and I’d need to reschedule. No appointments are available hence my scheduling a week in advance. How can I reschedule? Should have offered to see me today or offer me an appointment on the following day. Will be moving all business over to CVS.

I will never use this pharmacy again the main farmacist she is very rude not helpful at all with a person issue when you trying to took to one of the girls she approach you telling you not to argue in a very bad manner instead of trying to help unbelievable that someone like that is ahead of a pharmacy where so many people with different medical need go to.the girl that work there are extra nice my complaint is not for them

I woul definitely recommend this particular location.Tara was very friendly,knowledge able and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.Great customer service.Even took the time to take me directly to a specific item that I needed to purchase.Thank you and it was greatly appreciated.👍

Pharmacist is very rude and acts like she is better than everyone on the planet has no intention to help with actual issues as far as billing and insurance problems and does not give any concern as to your issues at all is only concerned about going home and not about customers
