We go here for convenience when we don't feel like riding to Walmart. They are much higher though. We have discovered a decent amount of expired food on the shelves. Check your dates when you shop here.

They have always great selections of things, too bad they have gone up so much with the prices, even for snacks, that is starting to be a little bit absurd to be honest. Everything is tied up to having their card, that is not the best customer service, I think. Otherwise, a very reliable store.

Not one of their cleanest locations, and I think possibly someone needs to work with the Employees on being nice with customers! I understand that everyone has a bad day and yes she was pulling stuff out of boxes but I only asked if she could tell which ile was the taco sauce on I did ask her to get upset and stop what she was doing!

This Food Lion is a great neighborhood grocery store. I feel like the employees are always kind and helpful, and there are good deals to be found. I much prefer shopping at this Food Lion than going to the Neighborhood Walmart.

They carry the stuff I buy most! This visit I even found Stamey's Salty Dill Pickles!!!! Made locally and became my favorite pickle the first time I tried them !!! The store is clean and the cashier's are friendly. I couldn't ask for much more!

This food lion is blessed beyond measure to have the smart , intelligent , personable , professional caring and hard-working manager that they do. I am not sure her name but she is the nightly manager this weekend and she truly cares about her customers and should be in a higher position than she is. This was my first time meeting her but she is definitely the biggest asset to Food Lion very courteous and just an overall amazing woman who knows how to manage her employees very well and has improved the store tremendously compared to before she was there. I hope that she is valued the way she should be and I hope the employees look up to her the way she deserves. Plus the food has been super fresh lately and the employees seem to really be happy every time I go in there which is always do to good management.

This location doesn't have the biggest selection and the unofficial truck parking has been taken away after 40 years (they stated they do not own the lot that was closed off) but you can get in and out with a bobtail pretty easily. I've never had an issue with rude staff at the location. There is a Dollar Tree on site and a few restaurants, auto shops, and smoke shops within walking distance.

This food Lion is one of the most cleanest food lines I've been in even the restrooms are immaculate customer service and all the pair of shoes go out of their way to help and it's such a pleasure to shop this food Lion. A special shout out to management.

The store itself is nice. You know clean and mostly well maintained, the parking lot is a little dirty but it's a parking lot so I don't expect too much and it's not terribly bad. The only problem was the people inside. Not necessarily the employees, they were verbally nice just gave out some dirty looks, but the other customers were a little rude. Just generally it was a completely unwelcoming environment, I felt like no one in the whole store wanted me to be shopping there. So while the actual physical store is open and clean the experience of being there is not worth it, will just go somewhere else next time.

Neat and clean. Great choice of things you need even during the pandemic. Not over crowded like Walmart. Meat selection is great! Fruit department has a wonderful selection. Shelves are well stocked. Social distance circles on floor to remind everyone.

Very clean. Organized store and easy to find what I need. Friendly staff. Great sales and deals frequently. They have money orders that are cheap and will also fill up helium balloons for a small fee.

Went to return spoiled pork loin. Cashier didn't want to give me my money back because I had purchased it at another Food Lion. I shop at this store aleast 3 to 4 times a week. Had to finally ask to speak to manager. He let me get my money back. Still considering if I should find somewhere else to shop?

Out of alot of stuff I know unfortunately it's the time we live in, but the meat doesn't look fresh the packaging makes you not want to touch it. Also, you can go to other stores and that isn't the case and they have more product sitting out. Not impressed

Love, love, love this store. Staff is the best around! Store is clean and stocked. Meats always look fresh. Produce always looks good and fresh. Never have to wait long at checkouts. Overall, best store I shop at!! Would give 10 stars if allowed.

Great small store. Excellent Gluten Free section and other GF selections throughout the store (except frozen.) Friendly staff, well stocked, new parking surface with wider slots for cars. Hygiene is A+ for carts and other surfaces.

Food Lion is my favorite grocery store. I like this one better than the one at Roses because it's closer to my house and they Put out stuff in the Deli quicker. I really like the Sandwiches in the Deli on Hawaiian Bread they are very good. And when you are lucky enough to find them they also have great potatoe wedges they should put them out more often. I really think they are very friendly to. They have the cheapest prices on groceries as well. It's not even close. It's very easy to find things as well. Unlike some place like Walmart where you have to hunt everything. And they always wear Masks to protect you from Covid 19

Good service, clean and friendly staff. Only one issue with me. Wonder why out of the three stores I have been to they don't have my cat Friskies mixed grilled treats any more. I buy what they have she won't eat it. The new stuff is not cutting it. Lol Thank you.

Y’all have a awesome product with the potato skins in the meat isle but I’m not sure why you have decided to ruin this by adding so much cheese it’s not even possible to use it just to get the weight and the price up?!? Go back to the beginning and run with that. Awesome product but don’t try and screw the consumer over weight to get the price up.

We love our food lion in kingsmountain everyone is always so helpful and the store is always well stocked and clean they have the best coconut pecan cookies in the deli .... Don't go get them because you want love them
