I travel to Kings Mountain a lot for work and I always make sure to stop at this Family Dollar because it's honestly the best one I've been to. It's always super clean and well stocked. Their selection beats everyone else, especially the kid's stuff. Also the ladies that work there are always very friendly and helpful.

I love family Dollar I've been coming for the last 10 years. This store here is one of the cleanest and well stocked stores that I know of. It's all because of good management and a great employees.

The store itself is pretty good for the usual stuff, especially groceriesbut the staff are poorly trained and are goofing off every time I visit. Employee said I had zero balance in snap/ebt when I actually had plenty!

Prices at register do not match prices at shelf. Workers standing around talking instead of working. They say prices went up, however standing around doesn't change the prices on the shelf. Poor people go by prices on the shelf

This is the real review now that I've experienced the most cruel and humiliating treatment in a retail store ever in my life and I'm an older woman. Cashier clerk was yelling at be and the other other clerk demanding I stand behind others in line when they could not complete a refund. Cashier kept the receipt and merchandise in her possession and refused to hand it back when I asked to leave with it because it was taking so long. She got upset when I managed to get a hold of my purchase receipt before leaving the counter to stand behind others. When I got up to the counter the second cashier closed the counter with a sign saying "closed"! I had to leave without a refund slip or the merchandise with only my purchase receipt because they were claiming on a phone call to someone that I was "bothering the other customers". I really cannot tell you how demonic this experience was. It is a messy store too. This purchase is in dispute.

I Absolutely Loved this Little Store! I was Amazed at all the Amazing products they had for Sale! Super Cute PJ's, Surprisingly Cute Shirts & shorts, Pants & Even Super Cute Accessories! Cute home decor & This Store Even had the Small Lamps w/ Amazing lil lamp shades, I've been trying to find 2 of these small lamps w/shades for 2 months Now... Thanks to the Super Friendly & Extremely Helpful Staff, I Finally have my bedroom completely remodeled, lamps & All! They're Prices are Suitable for all Budget types! I'm definitely going to be coming back to the Family Dollar Store!

District lies to people they try paying there assistant manager that are full time part time pay but make them work full time hours honestly not worth it 9.25 and 11.50 is not worth it.then play like they know nothing.waste of time to work there management lazy.

It's a Family Dollar is all I can say . But the cashiers are quicker than Dollar General stores ...It has remodeled as of 2022 ! And it is absolutely great, everything you need is here ... except a fresh deli of course...lol ! Go check it out , u won't be disappointed!!! A. J

This store is a decent one the people are great and they're work ethic is alright as well. They have really good couponing opportunities if you can relate the newsletter to the smart coupons you can save a lot of money 💰

You see i like the store products and some of the employees also but what happened recently kinda just unacceptable my little brother and sister chose to shoplift while i was taking money out my savings to buy our stuff the manager caught them, and forced me to pay the 25$ Worth of stuff saying that they would need to be banned if i didn't yet all three of us are banned from them doing that, i mean i understand banning those two but why am i banned for when i had no part in their plot.

I will never go back. The staff was very rude to almost being obnoxious just because I was taking pictures. I do that because I'm a local guide. I'll just take my business to Dollar General second time they treated me like a theif for nothing

I bought sone Family Wellness Allergy Relief, Compare to Zyrtec, box said there was 14 tablets in the box, and when I opened the box, there was only 10. I paid extra for those 10 tablets. I'm not happy about that.
