Look at this cool BLACK toothpaste and black, bristled, bamboo brush. The bristles are infused with charcoal, and so is the toothpaste. It’s very shiny, smooth, full-bodied and peppermint galore! Dollar Tree always has those gems that ya just don’t see anywhere else. Sometimes ya have to dig around, but Dollar Tree is always a pretty good haul!

It's Christmas. There were empty shelves. Looked like they still had stuff in boxes needing to be put out. I found what I was looking for and employees were nice.

my grandmother always takes us here and i love this store, there are some down sides to it but that is very understandable because this store is super old. i love to buy art supplies with the little money that i have for cheap. also they had these MHA stickers in those tattoo machines and i got so many and put them on my laptop🙇🏽🙌🏽

Their floor is nasty they have boxes everywhere and they sell moldy bread.I wouldn't even give it a star but u have to rate it to let people know

It was good. All Dollar Trees need to order different flavors of propel electrolyte waters. And bigger quantities of this kind of water. Most of the time when I go to get them the store is out. Different days don't mater they seems to be empty.

Was not happy having to push stock out the way to get to the freezer. Needs more pork free options in the freezer section. The freezer definitely needs to be cleaned up an organized. One cashier is ridiculous! Stop being so cheap have 2 cashiers.

I don't know who is responsible for the operation of this particular Dollar Tree, but whoever they are, they should be either embarrassed or seriously ticked off. I've lived in KM for almost a year, and today was my third visit to this Dollar Tree. I've spaced out my visits over the year, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. but I won't be back. Every time I've gone in, the floors have been absolutely FILTHY. Never mind the carpet stains (that comes with a high-traffic retail store.), but just the amount of trash and bits of garbage on the floor is ridiculous EVERY time I've gone in--stuff that could be fixed with half and hour and a vacuum cleaner! On top of that, there are always dozens and dozens of boxes of unshelved merchandise stacked around the store, while shelves sit bare, and empty boxes (IE, more trash) stacked up as well. I'll be driving to Gastonia from now on.

If your goal is to make money, you must put your stock on the shelf not sitting in the isles as a safety hazard. Overall, poor managements. Big disappointment when you walk into her local Dollars Tree.

Great! First time I've been in this one. They had a excellent selection. The staff was professional and friendly and efficient!! Though it was busy, the clerks stayed nice and helpful!!👏👏👏👏👏

It's a little busy but overall clean enough and organized enough to be efficient. The cashier's are polite but a little slow. The selection is nice.

Miss Nancy the new manager since last January is doing the best you can she inherited this mess and she's really getting it worked out and it's getting a lot better than the way it was last year Miss Nancy Abby and the two black people that work there four stars . And God bless you miss Phyllis you've been there through it all the last 6 years I know God bless you!!!!!!

This store is always so dirty! Sorry, to say that, but it's TRUE. Never swept, and supplies are always all over the place. I would rather go to the one in Shelby.

I Love the Dollar Tree. I plan to shop at every last one here in the Greater Richmond area before moving back to NC. The items offered are of great quality and beyond affordable.

I been there 1000 times its messy lines are long but for the last 2 weeks i been there and when shelly is working the lines are not long and i noticed she likes to clean now dollar tree is my new favorite store cause im in and out.

It was unorganized, out of many items, floors hadn't been vacuumed , dirty and only cashiers working .I'll probably go to Shelby or Gastonia next although they're further to drive.

I love Dollar General is close and convenient but the managers change every of the month they need one good stable manager to be there and stop changing them out

This store needs better management just go to Gastonia they have three good Dollar Tree there. Go to the Kings Mountain Store only if necessary and there's nothing else .

Very dirty. The items we needed we took out of the boxes, that were stacked up and down every aisle, ourself. Nothing was stocked, just a total mess!

WASN'T A LOT OF STUFF IN THERE THAT I WENT FOR. MAYBE TRUCK HADN'T CAME IN. BUT CASHIER VERY FRIENDLY EASY AND QUICK CHECK OUT. BUT ANY OTHER TIME THEY WOULD GET 10 STARS INSTEAD OF ONE.
