The service is normally good employees are friendly. However, I go there to get items that are normally covered up by boxes and other items in the middle of the floor that need to be stocked. Getting a shopping cart is a rare occasion because normally they're full of merchandise on the floor.

This Dollar General store is run far better than most I have patronized in the past. The aisles are still too crowded for my liking, but this one is less so than the others. The shelves are kept organized , with less merchandise "shoved in" haphazardly, or left where customers who decided against purchasing them just tossed them instead of returning them to where they got them from. The floors are kept clean and swept. Kudos to the management.

I love this store. There is a good variety of merchandise, the store brand is surprisingly good on many items and the staff is always so helpful when I can't find things. They are friendly, helpful and smiling.

Terrible service at register prices on items I was wanting to purchase rang up for double the price advertised on shelf tag.This has been happening quite often ot dollar General stores that I shop at pay attention and make sure that you are not being overcharged on the prices marked on the shelf.

Wonderful selection of everything that u might want to buy then. I have bought and worn quite a lot of the clothes that they have now. Prices are reasonable for all that they stock.

Place was so crowded with boxes you couldn't go up some files. Got fed up and left. This is not a single event but happens everytime I go on the store in Fallston NC

I like it when they put their meechandise on sale.. Always watch the sales . allot of times the drinks are on sale....and you can buy enough to last a month...you have a smugsbourg of food clothes medicines all kinds of things to chose from .......when i go in the store i just get so excited im shopping and im saying wow is this the. right price... wow it is so i just get it and go.so i go to the clerk pay for my .merchandise that is such a remarkable price and go happily out the door to go home and put up all my awesome things that i got at the stoe that helps me save sooooo much money.. Just saying....

Asked to use restroom and was advised it was broken. When I inquired about second bathroom (they have two). Was advised it was “unavailable.” Took my business to Walmart next door in Kings Mtn.

Cashier was friendly and helpful, I would have gave a 5* but stock should not be stacked down isles OSHA violation tripping hazard . Review the pictures which states my point.

They don't never have s*** it's in the sales papers that's for sale when you get there and then the people that work there so God damn rude it's ridiculous man it makes you want to just go spend your money somewhere else if not just bought all the s*** up and throw it on the ground or so rude to you I'll see how the f*** they have a job there you supposed to be a people person if you're going to work with people and these people all they're worried about smoking a goddamn cigarette outside sitting on their fat asses it's f****** terrible man I saw somebody still like $50 worth of damn drinks while they're sitting outside smoking cigarettes

I love being able to run in and get what you need and get out without all the hustle and bustle of the big stores but some of the stores are very dirty and need to be reset so that you can find what you need quickly

Cigarettes are cheaper but they dont carry many of the things i need so i dont go out of my way to visit this place.

The cashier was very rude she looked over at me there was 3 others in line she didn't let us know she was open and she was very rude at the register sorry won't be going back in that place
