It is such a shame that some patrons are RUDE verbally to the staff of Dollar General on Oak Grove Road - I witnessed it today - those gals working there have to unload trucks and unpackage a lot of products on the shelf and they need more staff to help in my opinion - one gal came in and was EXTREMELY RUDE to a sweet gal that works there because she was unpackaging product and the line was long - it is a busy store - I think that DG needs to give them all a raise!!

I love the staff. They are fun and they help you with a good attitude. The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is the stock carts in the aisles. I can see 1 or 2 but some days it is like an obstacle course.

Terrible experience. Wanted to purchase gift cards because they had them 15% off. They didn't ring up with the discount and they wouldn't cancel, refund the transaction! They forced me to keep the gift cards at full price! Horrible way to treat customers! Feels like robbery.

Really good deals. Petty good place to shop when you're a single father that is at a job that has cut everyone's hours due to a shortage in demand for the company's product but you are needing to pick some of the essentials and still want to be able to allow your toddler to get a new toy that he's been talking about all week.

Just stopped in there my son was having a meltdown and the ladies that were on duty helped me. I needed one thing I was having a hard time finding. These ladies are truly amazing. Their kindness helped me more than they will ever know.

Friendly staff. Always find what I need. Quick stop for essential items. Sometimes, the line is a bit long and it takes a while to get through. The company could have another worker in the building during peak times to minimize these wait times.

Nice store to get a lot of discounted items BUT they ALWAYS have the very back aisle in the store packed with carts full of products and items needing to be stocked on shelves and you can not handle get a buggy through there unless you pick it up and move it to where you want to go. Either they need to hire more help so someone can stock while someone watches and runs the front or stock only at night after business hours.

This is a pretty nice Dollar General. However, since it is a freestanding store and there's not much else around it, it has no competition. That enables them to use a pricing strategy that is higher than at other DG stores.

VERY NICE STORE. VERY WELL LIT. LOTS OF GOOD DEALS. THE STORE MANAGER-TINA WAS VERY GENEROUS. WE WERE IN THERE PAST THE REGULAR CLOSING TIME, BUT SHE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO LET ME &MY COUSIN STAY IN THERE LONG ENOUGH TO FINISH OUR SHOPPING. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH TINA !!!

Dollar General is the grocer of rural America. They have all you need for home and travel without having to drive into the city. Prices are very reasonable too.

Always friendly service, i like to drop by this store before work, and there is always some type of sale on dood or clothing, I'd go broke if i took my wife every time i went.
