I received a text February 14 asking if I wanted to refill 2 RX's, I replied yes and CVS replied thanks we'll refill. Stopped by one week later on February 21 to pick up and was told they didn't have anything for me. Explained that I requested a refill a week ago, she said she didn't know what happened. I asked that the RX be filled and she said it would take 2 hours. I went back the next day on February 22 and was told it still wasn't ready!!!This also happened earlier in the month with another RX and that one took 10 days to get filled. I put my trust in the pharmacy that when I request a refill that it gets done.This pharmacy has become very incompetent and I plan to change to another one that will hopefully give me better service.

Very very rude and condescending people. After 20+ years I’m done. I have been going to Walgreens for about 6 months across the street and they are so much more friendly and helpful. They don’t act like your bothering them or there better than you .

Very unprofessional! These days nobody is answering the phone, they shut down early, drive thru closes up randomly! They tell you they will have your medication ready and it isn’t their lines inside are always long and you’ll be lucky if there is even a person to assist you! This pharmacy is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with they genuinely just do not care about customers experience or people needing their medications on time! I’m giving one star because it’s giving me no other option but they don’t deserve the one! Get it together people seriously or shut down because the little work yall do shouldn’t even be considered operational at this point! I understand short staffed and mishaps every once in awhile but this is a daily thing here and makes absolutely no sense!

Walgreens sent our prescriptions to CVS. We were there at 8:30pmThe lady at the drive thru said she couldn't find it and if she did find it wouldn't have time to fill it tonight!! Why not? My friend needed to start one of the prescriptions right away. She wasn't friendly at all. Spoke broken English.

Very rude store manager and I filed a complaint but after having to track down the district manager because he didn’t bother to call regarding my complaint, I still got no resolution. Par for the course around these parts!After years of doing business with this mediocre pharmacy, I’m gonna give Walgreens a try and see if it’s any better.
