I don’t normally leave reviews but this company is amazing. We sold our home the day before Thanksgiving. We purchased a Cardinal Luxury 5th wheel. We did not have the hitch in time to pull it. This company took care of us like family. They have a small area in back that you can camp with electricity. They set us up back there at no cost for over a week even offered to bring his Thanksgiving dinner. They even continue to support us even months after the sale. You can’t go wrong purchasing from this company they’re amazing!!! We consider them part of our family Thank you from Joey and Charlotte Arney

Be sure to inspect your product if you bring it to this place to have anything worked on fixed. I had this outfit do some minor repairs, and they made an absolute mess. 1 request to repair a brace for my axel to be welded back. It fell off less than 500 miles. 2 repair my fridge valve that was broken due to a freeze. They dented my fridge door. Said they would fix it. 9 months later, whenever I made it back to town from being out on a job. Went there after following up several times. They didn't even have the correct door. Another run around. I had them do a inspection on my roof and reseal.I looked at it after I had left,their were footprints on the access ladder when they walked in the sealer and done a messy job,PLEASE!! Be sure to inspect your travel trailer if you decide to take it to this place. We work hard to keep our investment up to par . For a place to do poor craftsmanship. So PLEASE inspect the product and if you know of anyone planning on taking their travel trailer here. Have them read this review.Thank you in the kindest regards.

I mean. its fine. I dont expect a lot of over the top customer service these days. if the camper you want is there, Id still recommend going there. my experience? well, I had picked out the 2024, but in the middle of the preperation for me to buy, I was told they had a 2023, and cant sell me the 2024, it would be an extra 1000. ok. fine. the plate. I noticed I never received it within a few weeks. they found it around the office and sent it. the parts. a couple of parts on the unit were broken, cracked, etc. I noticed. they did not. ordered the parts. waited a few weeks. nothing. called. they found them. but cant find one. I guess it was delivered. still waiting. the unit wasnt washed...I dont know, just sort of lackluster? but nothing aggregious, I guess. yes, the days of great customer service are gone, we just have to lower our expectations a bit.

Amazing customer service and follow-up. Everyone I met from Sales to Service was polite, courteous and seemed genuinely happy to help. Brett in sales was everything you could ask for when purchasing a new RV or trailer. He was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. I never felt pressured into making a decision. He was patient and always took time to answer any of my questions fully. Highly recommend!

We were at Country Camping having our annual warranty inspection done. I was taking to Mrs Keller (owner) about a 2nd AC. She said they have them in stock and in 10 mins they were installing it at great price. This was unplanned, job done and they cleaned up the work area. What a great experience!!! We got a fantastic camper for a fantastic deal ... couldn't be happier!!! Lots of campers to choose from, the deal was great, very easy and fast process to purchase. They have a very good camper store and assist you in buying the items you need for camping - things for the pets, chairs, paper plate holders ... a little bit of everything! I would never buy anywhere else!! The owner was extremely helpful and honest. Our salesman, Kenny Pinto, gave us plenty of time to wander the lot and in and out of campers without hovering over us. He didn't try to pressure us into buying, but the minute we had a question for him, he was available. All around great experience.

As a first-time rv owner, my experience was great with Country Camping Corner. I had visited other rv dealerships prior to coming to CCC and had different experiences in which I felt pressured to purchase specific models without a thorough breakdown of what my wants and needs were. As a first time purchaser, I felt that CCC understood what I wanted in an RV, they came together and provided me with a list of rv's that were in my budget, and had the attributes and features I liked. They took their time with me even though my knowledge of rv's was limited. They coached me through things I might need to understand know with sales reps that had over 45 years experience such as Ron Potts. Even their service team was very helpful with explaining how everything in my rv worked. I underwent a 30 minute demo inside and outside of the rv covering every feature and component on the rv. I would recommend my family and friends to visit CCC before looking elsewhere.

Salesman was very nice, they communicated well. Not too happy with service department As they helped us hook up our new camper but sent us off without working lights! Turns out we needed a adapter for our truck. We didn't realize that we had no lights until we were half way home! They told us to drive back and they would give us the adapter. So we were on the road for about an hour with no lights on our trailer in traffic! Plus we also needed an adapter for the camera on back of trailer, they did not have one.

Casey the technician and Allen the sales representative were both very helpful and patient.It would have been good to have more history on the unit as not only did it require a fiberglass repair by the dealership but we discovered that the track for the external awning/tent has been damaged and the front platform is tilted and bent up. It would have been good to have a manual explaining the various systems.

Had serious issues first day out on a camping trip. Called them and they said they would check it out. drove an hour to get there. Upon arrival they immediately checked out the camper. My salesman was Damien was extremely professional from the moment I meet him. I was there looking at a used camper, and he gave me all the details I asked with quickly. We started the process then I moved forward with a new unit instead! He never broke stride. Extremely helpful at every turn and step of the process! Up front and honest with all the pricing and fees. Nothing was hidden.The techs that walked me through the set-up and tear down of my camper where great! A pair of young techs, funny, knowledgeable and very personable. It was a pleasure to work with them. They stayed late to handle a small issue that was found during the demo.Shook my hand upon meeting me and as we parted.
