Driving on Interstate, We lost a bolt on our bike rack. The super helpful older gentleman helped us find the exact parts we needed to get safely back on the road. The woman at the cash register was super friendly

It’s super convenient to have a great hardware store nearby and I can find things here that I can’t typically find at big box stores. The staff are always very helpful too! My wife and I love the place.

Went there to buy some plumbing for a customer. And as I was waiting for over 15min for some help. I finally said loudly "customer service needed on 19". An elderly man came around the corner and was kinda rude. Saying "we are short staffed, give me a dang min". Other than that, it's an ok place. The rest of the staff I dealt with was nice.

Don't like being asked by about 4 employees if I needed anything. Nice to offer 1 time but they are overkilling it. If i need something I will ask. Prices need to be lower. Works in a pinch.

Local hardware store. They have always had what I needed at the time. Prices are much higher than other stores (Lowe's, Walmart, Home Depot). I go here if I need something small and want to go somewhere local. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is close to the door.

The people are extremely helpful but if you don't want somebody's help you can definitely tell them that you've got it and they will nicely back off which is a plus for me cuz I have anxiety. But I did have a problem finding a appliance light bulb and they were so happy to help and as soon as they found it they gave it back to me asked if I needed any other help and I said no and they went off and did their own thing. Great selection very large awesome place

Bridges Hardware is awesome. They greet you as you walk in and someone is there to ask if you need help find something. Everyone is great there Danny is really a great guy. I've been seeing him a lot this summer. Good for them, bad for me lol. Occasionally while I'm there I will pick his brain about my mower, for example. He's been wonderful.

I recently visited for a advertised sale on Echo power equipment, and was met outside the door where they had a display and canopy set up , a store representative was there to answer any questions I had and demonstrate the equipment, the man was completely knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I completely understood. I made a purchase and he and another employee took great care of me , though making sure the item was in stock which it was through personally filling out the warranty card and making sure the item was assembled along with a couple of freebies thrown in , I couldn't be happier with the whole experience always great service and even better people .

Has that homey old time feel. The staff treat you like family and go out of their way to help. Good selection. Yes it's a bit more expensive than the major home improvement stores but you can't put a price on excellent service. Will be returning again and again.

They always employee people that are very knowledgeable. Have a question about plumbing? No problem. A question about electrical? No problem. Need to know where to find this funny looking screw? No problem, it's over on aisle 11, shelf 3, bin 5. They have an amazing stock of inventory. About anything you would need. Yes, the prices are a little more expensive than your big box store. But you can't find assistance like this at those big stores.

This is the only REAL hardware store I've seen . It's been in . Kings Mountain for SO many years and yet many folks have never been inside. Even though they are up to date with modern technology and products, the way they take care of ya, makes ya feel like you're in an old time country hardware store. And to them you're part of the family. The prices are fair, The selections are GREAT, The store is ALWAYS clean and the people who work there are undescribably friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful and most friendly store you will ever visit. You won't make it past the door without being asked if you need assistance. The neatest, cleanest, well stocked, brightly lit hardware. I challenge you to think of something they don't stock. Even Lowes and Home Depot don't have some things you'll find here. I'm remoldeling a 100 yr old house and here is my supply house. If anything, not real deep in lumber, but they cover the bases. A little pricey or I would give 5 stars.

Wide selection and staff are very friendly and helpful. Most times that I go in here and having trouble finding something, the staff always do whatever they can to help me. If they don't have what I am looking for, most of the time they will tell me where I can go to get what I need.
