This is honestly the best hardware store I’ve ever visited. They stock everything you need at reasonable prices, but the team of people there are really what makes the difference. I bought a mower from them in May. Had an issue with the drive belt towards the end of mowing season. I took the mower to them and they checked the mower out and found that there were more issues than just the drive belt. They repaired all issues under warranty. The mower is working great again. I used it to get up leaves. I appreciate what all they did and to take care of their customer.

LTD is the best place for lawn and landscaping supplies in the triad area. They hire amazing people who genuinely care about customer service and will go out of the way to help in any way possible. If you have a broken piece of equipment, they can have it back to you with a very short turn around time. They offer great products and I can’t see enough about how good they are to me.

This company is simply awesome! They drove all the way to us in Wallburg picked up our mower we were told in advance that it would probably take 3-4 weeks due to their workload but then it only took about 10 days and they brought the mower back. EXCELLENT customer service Natasha was absolutely a delight to work with we ran into some issues completely unrelated to LTD and she handled it on our behalf. I highly recommend this company, they are customer focused and reliable.

21st century general store.. you can't complain about prices and American jobs and then go to Walmart and expect to get the same service in the same level. When you go into LTD or a tractor supply. You may slightly higher prices but then you you get personalized service and these people know what they're doing. Whereas you get what you pay for when you go to a retail place and you save money. But is that really worth it?

I love this store for all of my hardware needs! Plus, they can fix your weed trimmer when it goes out. The staff at this location are AWESOME and always kind, respectful and willing to help with anything you need. I cannot brag enough about this business. Been going there for years off and on. Bought a Husqvarna 322 L trimmer in 2019. It would not pull a few weeks ago and I took it up there, it has there label on it. They took it to the shop and said it was locked up and probably not worth repairing. I bought a new one. Went home and while filing my papers on new trimmer, I found book on old one and found out I had bought the extended warranty. I called and spoke with the girl at the service counter and told her what I found and that I got the new one on there statements. She put me on hold, came back and said that Clay said if I had not used the new one very much I could return it. I ask how much the repair was on the 1st one and she said $54. and change. We talked and I said I wasn't real happy about what the shop said, and she said the guy that looked at it was not all that. I ask if I decided to keep the new one, could I have the old one back, she said yes, and SHE would waive the repair cost. Went to get it and she changed everything, argued and then said "YOU CAN HAVE IT, I DON"T WANT YOUR MONEY" I said no I was going to pay and she said she would not take it. The guy came out with it and I gave him the money, I certainly don't want to knock LTD out of a dollar. You should spend a little money on CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, and by the way young lady, my ear speaker on my cell that you called doesn't work so you were on speaker phone, I was not the only one that heard what you said, didn't try to tell you this you were to wound up!! Was interested in TORO Z Turn, will get one, but not from you. By the way the extended warranty that you buy, only covers the part according to them, of course not my part, she said it was a piece of metal in the engine. Guess it just appeared !!!! Sorry to have to post this, but I think others should know what goes on, so when you say Clay wants to keep LTD customers happy !!!!!!! Like the warranty, SOMETIMES !!!!

I have been going here for decades, just been awhile since I have been. Use too come all the time for equine care and feed. Brought back some memories. Always great helpful people. Makes me want to go get a horse! Oh man, the wonderful memories! Nothing like them and your dog!

I like this place because they carry Victors and load it for you. Kind of a niche place not your normal hardware. Has an extensive line of safes. Specializes in a lot but not in everything. Staff is helpful and friendly. Very much a farm type of hardware.

ROB YOU WITH A SMILE. just about the only place thatll work on simplicity brand mowers. Just got it back from them after waiting 2 weeks on a service and to figure why my battery goes dead. they charge me 416 bucks and didnt even fix the problem i dropped it off for. I would not recommend taking your mower here.i would pay a random person on the corner to fix it before i ever take it back to them.
