There seems to be an issue at this store. I have visited twice now within 7 days within normal business hours and the store is locked with no one inside. Very odd. Hopefully they will fix this soon and hire adequate staffing.

Just left this establishment and very unhappy. If I could leave zero stars I would have on this establishment today. Could not get through multiple aisles. They had them blocked with merchandise and rolling carts also. Very unprofessional and were very loud when they moved. A part of machinery that they use for blowing up balloons. They were quick to run to the door and lock it and when anyone would try to come in they would tell them they were closing early. That was the only way anyone would know that they were closing early. No one in the store knew that either until they started saying that very loudly. When someone tried to enter. They only had one cashier ringing people up and a line full of people and many with many items to purchase. This cost. So much confusion that the cashier even rang up someone else's item with mine even though mine was all in the basket originally until the cashier poured it out onto the belt to scan. I think when doing something to a store like this which it appears they're doing some reorganizing that they need to have something posted publicly and they should not be locking the doors with customer still in the building. There was a worker sending out the door locking and unlocking the door with no signage about it being closed and just not very comfortable feeling being locked in a building not knowing what's going on because she wasn't very loud about announcing to other people coming to the door that it was closing.

Went about 3:30 pm today, and there was a sign saying that it was closing at 2pm until tomorrow morning. I'm just so disappointed after driving almost 25 minutes from East Bend. I don't know what is going on, but it's poor management when this occurs. I guess I will not be coming back to this Dollar Tree in the future and from what others were saying as we stood in front of the door, I'm not the only person not coming back when where's lots of other stores like Dollar General to spend our money at. Js..... very disappointing, Dollar Tree!!

If I could rate zero I would. You do not want to enter this store today. If the fire department came in they would shut it down. Some aisles are completely blocked. Totally against fire code rules. I have considered calling the fire department, but knowing this town, county, there would probably be nothing done. Too much who you are related to or who your friends are.

Well spaced out. Items not high up or anything on the shelves. Good place to pick up items when on a tight budget, typical $1.25 store. Worth the trip.

Staff were friendly and accommodating... best buy on a good assortment of helium balloons!Interesting new expanded inventory. Even with new higher prices there are plenty of good buys.I was very disappointed in the abrupt, rude behavior of one of the staff when I asked a question... quite unusual. Not sure if I'll be going back.They are stocking Valentine's day, St. Patrick's day, and Easter now.

Like most Dollar Trees you can find quite a lot of surprises and some of the items are still a dollar or maybe even a little less!Although Dollar Tree is a chain the individual managers seem to have some control over the items and pricing! The shelves were well-stocked at this Dollar Tree and the store was cleaner then others when I was there! It's well worth a small detour off of Route 52

Manager Emily loves to put her hands on non verbal autistic kids and assault them. And the rest of the crew was ok with it, as well as defending her actions. Beyond disgusting and none of those employees should be working there or anywhere where children or anyone vulnerable can be. BTW, there's video evidence as well.

Employees not wearing mask properly. The cashier (Tabitha) did not greet me how other stores would when I went through her line. I could have gotten better customer service from a brick wall. I will not be going back there.

The store in king is awesome they don't have alot of container rollers on the floor they bring out one at a time so you can get up and down the aisles employees are awesome

The lady that checked me out today has a bad attitude..If she doesn't like her job she needs to get another one..When dealing with the public you need to smile and say have a good day..If not put her some where she doesn't see anyone.Maybe in the back of the store

The manager (Emily) threatened to put my 8 year old daughter in a dog kennel because she knocked a end cap hanging rack over. Not to mention my daughter was picking everything up when she said it TO her. I asked her to apologize and she took her name tag off and refused.

If you want to stand at the register and be ignored by the employees this is the place for you. I stood at the register for 5 minutes while the employee carried on a conversation. Her line was the only lane open and she could not be bothered by my presence to even say hello.

At 7:53 I was gonna run in and go to one isle, and this little Short older lady with long hair screamed at me and said.... WE'RE CLOSED. I have been in management for 23 years and what and how she just did that was completely uncalled-for!

I needed a card quickly for an imminent situation. Dollar Tree has quality cards, which allows me to spend more on the actual gift than on the traditional accompanying greeting. Now, that just makes good "dollars and cents" to me.

The dollar tree in King is one of the best dollar trees with a wide variety of items to choose from. Everything is a dollar or less so if you're on a tight budget this place is great. They have everything from home decor, party favors, food, kitchen wear, toys, gardening, and much much more.

Doesn't have as wide a selection as most DT's, but what they do have is stocked nice and neat. The store stays tidy. We love it. I hope we get a huge DT once Walmart opens.

Bought a can opener and figured it would never open the first can. I was right. Bought an air freshener and the gadget it fits into . It didn't fit . The upper middle age female cashier is not friendly at all.

It was a little bit hard to navigate as they had a lot of boxes out stocking but otherwise a fast in and out trip for my daughter to spend her tooth fairy money
