Just spent $24 on 2 orders of chili cheese fries, a banana split with extra cherries and extra strawberries and 3 scoops of ice cream. The chili cheese fries have hardly anything on them. The 3 scoops looks like half scoops not even close to making a bowl and the banana split has nothing extra and isn’t even made properly. Been going to dairio for 23 years and they just keep going down hill every time we go. Will not be going back and praying for a Dairy Queen or baskin robbins to come to king. Defiantly going to be going to John Browns way more now.

We had an excellent first time experience at the Dairi- O …It’s not even opened inside yet, but the drive-through sure is!!!My family and I enjoyed our very American meal in the car!We ordered the spicy chicken 4pc nuggets/strips, very tasty semi sweet and spicy sticky sauce! A monster burger with barbecue bacon, lettuce, and a BLT!However, I ordered the spicy chicken buffalo wrap, which I enjoyed, but the lettuce wasn’t very good…see last pic.Everything was very good… hot fresh and fast! The chocolate shake and Oreo flurry were delicious too! Similar to Wendy’s, frosty and a Oreo Mcflurry from McDonald’s. Their ranch tastes like its homemade, loved it! Their french fries are crinkle cut, with a little bit of salt and seasoning, and battered onion rings were both on point!They have a nice area and pergola with outdoor picnic tables as well. Plenty of parking!Can’t wait to come back for another yummy dinner! 😋

1. The place is loud. They need sound baffling.2. I've never quite got the full appeal, but be prepared for long lines. The staff are very efficient.3. The staff are top notch friendly and fast.4. Since I gave up all meat but fish here in February, I tried the fish sandwich. Really good. If you haven't tried it, go for it.

We Love this Location! Great Staff, Great Food. Hot Dogs are Great. The Cheeseburgers are to die for, Sack of Fries are Perfect every single time.The Sweet Tea is Perfect for my taste.Highly Recommended.It's a Popular place so at times it's full and Drive Through is wrapped around the building. So be prepared. But.. It's worth it.Prices are reasonable as well.Inside you will find at least one of the staff consistently cleaning the dining area and drink area.You will find a mixture of all ages working in tandem here and everyone is always so attentive and friendly.What else could one ask for.Salads are Great, Chicken, Heck You name it. They have it and it's all delicious.Just go... Heck, I'm going now. This made me hungry.

The 3 hamburgers were delicious, we had spicy crunchy chicken sandwich, regular crunchy Chicken sandwich and a veggie sandwich (black bean) in combos.The fries are delicious and the onion rings also.This is the second time we stop here when we travel south.

Been going here for years and their is a reason why. It's good food. Their hotdogs and burgers are really tasty. Icecream selection is modest and delicious. Service is fast and friendly and the food generally doesn't take long either. Would recommend to anyone. Oh, forgot to mention the fries, they ravishing.

We just ran into this place & glad I did. It was fabulous! The shakes are delicious- both hard & soft ice cream. And crinkle cut fries! The pics aren't the best but the food is. Only a few locations around Winston area so please come to Greensboro!!!

I have come here for more than 40 years.I come home to visit and my family and I will come here at least once if not more.Things change and businesses evolve but this is literally one of the best things I remember about being a kid growing up in the early 80's in King.It would be Saturday baseball at recreation acres and then to Dario for a hot dog when it was just the little place sitting between main stAnd old 52.It is much different now but I hope that management always sticks to its roots and remembers this is a main stay in the wonderful town of king.Please keep this the wonderful memory that I have from being a kid growing up in king NC!

I have driven by this place a few times when in the area to go to pilot Mountain. We decided to stop for some ice cream and we were not disappointed. I just wish I had realized sooner how good it is and that they offer meals also. My husband got this delicious banana split pictured and he couldn’t even finish it all. It was delicious. We will definitely go back when visiting pilot Mountain again.

Delicious food. Hot dogs, burgers, etc. are all delicious. Ice cream, both hard and soft, good as well. This is a landmark here in King and would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.Parking: I am right across the street, so I do not need parking, but there are two lots and, except at the busiest times, parking should not be a problem.
