Clearance prices are good and extra coupons on the app can be helpful but the wifi connection in the store is so poor it's difficult to access the coupons. Store associate who opened her register in the cosmetic section to check us out was very sweet and took $10 off our bill even though the coupon link I had wasn't working.

Pretty clean and neat store for these days. We had 3 different associates assist us with checkout in several visits during the day, and all 3 were polite, friendly, and helpful, including with a return. We will be back for other purchase needs.

Went there the day after Black Friday and got 9, count them 9 button down long-sleeved shirts on sale for a little over $20 a shirt on average! Great bargains, good quality and helpful friendly staff.

Would of loved to be able to shop, but walked in with my daughter that can’t walk yet and they didn’t have a cart I could even put her in or set her car seat inside. Pretty appalling that a mom can’t shop with her child unless they can walk.

Clean and safe. Stock was not as available as it usually is. They took time to explain they are getting in new stock every day. Very nice and safe place. Today they checked to see if they had something that I was looking for and they found it in the back room for me the lady took a lot of time to try to find it and was very nice.

This has always been a nice department store to check out. The color tags didn't match the clearance so that was confusing. The shirt display that said 25% off didn't exclude the Tall t-shirts so that wasn't cool after I selected my favorite. You can't see the discounts and then you get a total. I had to ask what I got to make sure the discounts applied.I found 4 shirts total but frustrated with the exclusion for a tall t-shirt

For the prices you pay, I feel like the staff and customer service was lacking. Running so so sales, you still feel like you spent more than you should have. I do have to say the store was clean and well put together, I just wish the experience would have been better on a customer service level.

Lots of clothes and house stuff. Bought 2 baseball caps for $4 each, what a bargain. Could spend all day in there but my money would be gone. Tried on a few shirts, they where cheap but didn't buy in the end. Staff are friendly nd helpfully. Plenty of parking.

Nice store, but there are a few drawbacks. Very limited toddler boy clothes, a nice selection for girls, but limited boys sizes for toddlers. The biggest drawback is the lack of pricing for home goods. They want you to use their app to scan for a price. Some of us do not have unlimited internet service, so scanning for prices for items you may be interested in is not an option as we have better use of our limited data plans.

Price checkers don’t show the actual price. The store was fairly clean on the surface there were areas that were completely trashed and disorganized. Prices aren’t reasonable and better prices are found elsewhere.

I order a bathing suit top online, 2 x was like a large. The hard part was trying to return since not so many stores I had to drive over 30 min. They wanted over $9 to take it to fed ex to return. Makes me not want to purchase online from here, amazon much better.

Rating for customer service - I found the salespeople nice and courteous as well as flexible. Was not thrilled with the fact they didn’t have many dresses but it is the beach so that makes sense !!!

During my time in NC we stopped here so my grandma could look at the sales. She purchased two but with her points only had to basically pay for the one pair! The sales were not really “sale” prices and they don’t carry a large quantity of various sizes in the woman’s clothing section. Items weren’t marked properly with prices and when we asked we were told to download the app! Most people do not have the ability or time to do that. The guy at the jewelry stand seemed to want to avoid us and any questions we had regarding prices but the young girl by the makeup counter had no problem assisting us. We also needed a wheelchair for use and there was only one and the leg attachments were broken. I myself didn’t make any purchases since most of the items weren’t labeled incorrectly and I don’t live near there to waste my time downloading an app I won’t ever use again. Overall I would not return to this store for myself.

It's old, run down and over priced. I stop in looking for specific things but I can't seem to ever find anything unless it's a $60 shirt. There's times when trying to check out, you either can't find anyone or there's only one seeming to assist the whole store. It's not work the drive up there.

Very large Belk store. The addition on the side was odd, however. Seemed much like an afterthought. In general, good sales, lots of 50% off items. The clearance racks were plentiful, but really odd, unwanted things. I'll stick to my hometown Belk that has awesome finds on clearance. They did have a nice home section but the floors were so dirty. I'm guessing they may be short-staffed like everyone else.

Was on a weeks vacation and left my skincare at home the woman at Clinique was extremely kind and helpful. I have to say if more department stores had employees like this I would actually shop in store. They also had every single thing I needed of about six items in stock which was amazing! Next time in the OBX I will come back for sure!

My favorite store to shop at. Especially now with all these fantastic sales!I bought four gorgeous sweaters and a new pair of shoes for $120 last week. Everything was from 25% to 50% off.Belk has a fantastic selection of quality clothing and products at great prices year round but these sale prices are incredible deals!

Power went out and they kicked everyone out which is fine but instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the staff was unfriendly and dismissive. As I was exiting the store the woman called me out for having a shirt she said belonged to the store but was actually my own… Also the store was full of women aged 60 + so if you’re young and have any sense of style don’t go here the clothes are frumpy and overpriced.

I was surprised at the size of the store. It really didn't look that big from the outside! I went for the Black Friday sale but plan to return. Although they were busy the staff had friendly smiles and seemed willing to help. The prices were right!

Stopped in to.pick up a bathing suit (that I forgot to pack)! Found a few new clothing items on sale that spoke to me. Even better was the super friendly cashier - she was helpful with answering where to find what I wanted, directing to fitting rooms (yes! They're open!), and chacking out. All around a great shopping experience!
