When my dog's food was contaminated for a salmonella recall, they would not refund the purchase, mind you, the bag was unopened, but because it had been purchased more than 2 weeks prior, no refund. Purchased another brand that wound up making my dog sick...vomiting, diarrhea, hot spots, 2 weeks into feeding....again, would not do anything. Never again will I spend another dime with this company.

I just used the pet washing station for the first time. It was wonderful to not have to clean up my house after washing my dog. I'd have given it a 5 star but they were out of shampoo and I had to buy some shampoo from tractor supply for 15 bucks.

We went specifically to use the dog wash station. Upon arrival, we were told they were out of shampoo, which is included in the price of the service. They refused to discount the service or store expense any shampoo. The only option they gave us was to buy dog shampoo there to use the wash station.

One of my favorite local hardware stores, convenient and located right off of interstate 40. Whether you need feed, mechanical parts, 🔩 nuts and bolts, hardware, seasonal 👨‍🌾🌱🌾🌻gardening items, or unique gifts they have you covered. They also feature ♿ handicap accessible parking and aisles.

We loveTSC Kernersville! Really thankful for the Self Service dog washing room. $10.00 wash , shampoo, dryer and a towel included. It's a complete package to self wash your doggies 🐕

I really appreciate the employees at this Kernersville store. Not only are they professionals but they go out of there way to help even when the store is super busy. Today they were packed and I needed propane and Heath was outside within minutes ! Great customer service and bravo to the manager for a well run crew and professionally run business. Is a really good place to buy everything you need for the farm an all the animal but the only thing they don’t have in store is a racing pigeons feeds the the only downside but great employees an really good service am hoping they bring feeds for pigeons other than corn an pellets

Now that it's fully up and running, it's pretty decently stocked. so far I've had nothing but good experiences with all of the sales team. Friendly service and always great products. You just glad I have one closer to home now.

First time visit and was really pleased with the interaction with the employees. Very polite, very friendly....we just purchased a 16 acre horse farm so a majority of our business will be at that location. Look forward to many many more visits 😊
