This store is clean, very well laid out, everything is in order. When you walk in it is inviting. The dog wash is fantastic addition, in the kernersville location. They also offer dog wash services if you’d rather shop while your fur baby is getting a bath. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This store has items you cant find anywhere else but online. Its great to have this store local.

We purchased two premium lion head rabbits from here. All was great, easy to do & we still have them now, 5 months later. Happy and healthy. Spoiled. The only issue was being pressured into purchasing a cage that isn’t suitable for rabbits. The clerk, Chelsea, told us we NEED one and even when we dismissed that due to the fact we had a much bigger cage & room for them to themselves, she pushed it anyways. So we left with a $200 tiny cage for the bunnies. Pet stores do not sell suitable habitats for bunnies, they’re not full time, part time or any time cage animals. They should have roaming space.Either way, our bunnies are happy & healthy. They were $100 each.

First, I would like to say that the staff at this store is LOVELY. So genuinely nice and the whole reason for the review stars. As for the missing review stars - we bought a hamster here and were told that the hamster we bought (as well as the others in the enclosure with it at the time) were raised by hand in the store because the breeder they buy hamsters from sent them a pregnant hamster and the babies were born there. Sure enough, our hamster is super affectionate and friendly and I believe that can be credited to being raised in a loving environment before being put up for adoption. However, after admonishing the breeder for being so irresponsible and sending them a pregnant hamster... yeah, you guessed it, they sold us a pregnant hamster. So, we currently have EIGHT hamsters and have spent a small fortune raising the babies until we can rehome them. They need better practice for caring for their animals while in the store - they clearly love them but that's not the same as providing a safe environment for them. Also, as with all other pet stores, the cages and a lot of the supplies they sell for hamsters are not actually suitable for hamsters but half the baby stuff at people stores isn't actually suitable for babies either so just do alllll the research before buying anything ever, basically.

I have been meaning to come in here and finally did today for some things for our new puppy! I’m so glad I did, Kernersville really needed this! Immediately I was greeted when coming in and another employee asked if I needed help and I did and she was very thorough and helpful! Throughout my shopping experience I was asked if I needed any help. Which turned out very helpful! They also have excellent prices you’d expect on items and beat the big box stores prices. Felt more small town in here, not sure if it’s a small business but they have a lot to offer in their space here and value! Kenzie and her staff were very accommodating and willing to help above and beyond! You can tell they care about what they do here! Good job!!! They also have self service per wash areas OR you can schedule an appointment and have someone do it for you. Neat service to offer! This will be my go to place for sure!

Went for fish, beautiful store. Wanted to buy crawfish and a few fish. Staff wasn’t that knowledgeable on prices so when we got to the register it wasn’t the price we were told but other than that. Beautiful store.

Love that they have a local location now. We used the pet wash station today & loved the convenience of not having to clean up afterwards at home. My only recommendation is to have brushes available after use, like other stores that have pet wash stations, instead of trying to sell us a brush, especially since they are priced higher than others for the service.

I expected them to have primo products because of the price, but they don't and the price is outrageous. I bought grass seeds from Amazon for my cat $8 a pound. They sell a tiny thing for a lot more. I had the pound for almost a year, growing.

This place is GREAT! Given past experience and limited pet options/supplies in the Kernersville area, I had been ordering everything from Chewy; however, I unexpectedly adopted a new dog and needed some new supplies asap. I decided to try the new Pet SuperMarket in Kernersville. It far exceeded my expectations. The store had an extensive selection of everything I was looking for. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was especially a bonus that they had a wide selection of toys for my parrots--which is virtually impossible to find in a brick an mortar pet store these days. Give them a try!

Thankful to see a new pet store opened in the area. This place is clean, has everything my pets would need and welcoming, they truly care about their customers and their pets needs. They sell supplies, animals and fish. Surrounding so many other great shopping areas and food. All around a great store and great location, would recommend to everyone!

So I went in the store and asked them if they had any clown loaches. They said no she asked me if I wanted her to order me some and I said yes, but I need a round 3 inch they told me because I specifically asked her if they would be 12.99 each, and she said yes, because I knew the size would be a little price difference maybe that they would still be the same price. I drove an hour and a half to pick them up to arrive to find a sign on them posting at 29.99 when I Astor she got an attitude with me because she said that she told me 2999 but I specifically made sure they were going to be 1299 before I had her order them when she ordered them and called me and told me when they would be, and never mentioned anything to me about the price of them being 2999 so I had to find out for myself when I got there after an hour and a half drive that the price was increased over double so therefore I will not be shopping because they cannot honor a price that they told me let alone recommending any of my friends to them.
