The installer helped me pick the best set up for my dogs to allow them the most use of the yard as it is small. He made sure I understood how the fence worked and worked with each of my dogs to start their training. He was clear and easy to work with. And surprisingly my yard isn’t a mess! You would think laying wire would make a huge mess but this company is very good and they take care of your property. He was very gentle and good with all of my dogs even the one that kept trying to jump in his truck. Amazing service as well! Anything I need, I feel like they will do their best to make it happen.

The installer/coach, Cole, showed on on time and discussed plan layout thoroughly before dig. He also showed patience and compassion during the training session. Cole did a great job cleaning the job site before he left. Owner followed up with phone call and email making sure we are comfortable with the installation and getting our dog acclimated with the system. We appreciate the professionalism and the reliability offered to us.

This company is top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the service, installation and training. Every time I had a concern during training, Alex came out to show me what to do. I've had a fantastic experience with DogWatch of the triad. I first inquired about two weeks ago and Dave came out and gave me an estimate and answered any questions I had about their system. Today Cole came out to install my new fence and to say he was informative would be an understatement. He was very professional, on time and answered even more questions that I didn't even know I had. He worked with my two dogs and explained the training process in detail. We are excited about the new fence and the peace of mind that it is already delivering. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They came out and had the fence installed within a week of me calling them to schedule. The job was completed in just a few hours and he did a thorough walk through with me to make sure I understood how each device worked and to make sure that my dog Gunner was responding correctly. A little back story - I rescued my boxer Gunner almost 2 years ago. Within a year of adopting him, another dog was hit on our road by a speeding car. It is a very trafficked road so I was absolutely terrified after that and did not even want to let him off leash. He is the most energetic, playful and stubborn dog ever!! I was worried I would open my door and he would run out and run straight into the road so he barely got to have any play time outside that he really needed to have for his energy levels. After having this fence installed, he picked up his training within one day and he was off leash within 3 days. He had a few times where he tested his boundary but he immediately corrected himself and now he does not go anywhere near the boundaries, even when other people or animals entice him. He gets to run around safely in the yard and play and I have comfort knowing that he won't wander to the main road. He is a completely different dog now that he gets to live his best life and we have this company to thank for that. Thank you so much!! (Also they even called me to follow up about a week later to make sure everything was good and I thought that was so sweet)

I have two dogs and my husky is an escape artist. With the size of my yard it was a constant battle to find where he was getting out. Since my hidden fence was installed my two don't even bother with my neighbors dogs. It was installed in a few hours and Dave has come back out to check on my dogs.it is a great product.

Dave Spain and his great small but continuously expanding company provides everything needed to customize ,install and maintain a high quality underground fence for pretty much any and all family animals. He is part “dog whisperer”, part mechanic and an all around great guy. You’ll get more bang for your buck at DogWatch and become part of his pack! We installed out first invisible fence 16 years ago for our beloved Maggie Mae and only had three issues from fallen tree limbs, a oxidized connector and a utility cut. All dealt with quickly. Great fence and ,I might add, a top of the line trenching system that handled woods, lawn and a rather steep grade at our house. Highly recommended. Great staff as well. I cannot say enough good things about DogWatch, Alex and Cameron. We had a Dogwatch fence for 17 years with our previous dog and she NEVER got out... however her "tattle tale" DogWatch receiver often indicated that she tried! Although we had a previous fence, our new dog needed a slightly different configuration as we had built a new patio in the back etc. Cam came over, assessed our situation and made a couple of great recommendations for us to consider. He adjusted the boundary width, cut and spliced our previous boundary for adjustments, and took the lead in training our 2 year old beagle to the fence for the first time. He was not only knowledgeable, but considerate, warm, and clearly cared that our dog was going to be safe. We love DogWatch and would not consider another company for providing safety and security for "Binkie".

I don't worry about Reagan getting out of the yard anymore. As a matter of fact, I just leave the gate open and let her roam the entire area. The DW fence connection was severed by the gas company when they were digging a new line (I did not know they were coming to tell them the DW fence was there) , I called DogWatch to come fix it, they made it a priority and it was fixed very quickly and easily!!! Dog Watch Hidden Fence has been nothing but amazing. The owner, Dave has came to our house for the initial install then also came out when we moved. Him and Ally are wonderful people! Dave is very detailed and thorough. The install was quick and easy! The installation is always clean and you could barely tell where the line was buried once complete! After installation, they even worked with our Doberman on boundary recognition and training. They have been wonderful with communication and so great to deal with over 10+ years we have had their fence! We also have a few other products which have all worked wonderfully! All products has been a true blessing for us..Especially the fence! We now have 3 dogs which are safe inside the fence and they don’t test the boundaries! I definitely agree it’s a great product, great company and great customer service!
