Beverly did a fantastic job on an antique trunk and rocking chair I had. I could not believe how great they tuned out! I showed them to my mother in law ( they were her mother's and grandmother's previously) and she was amazed and could not believe they were the same pieces of furniture she had given to me. If you have any type of older furniture, get it to Beverly and let her do her magic!

Beverly accepted the challenge of repairing, refinishing and reupholstering an antique futon from my husband's family. The job involved a welding repair, deconstruction and spring re-tying, padding replacement plus refinishing wood panels. We were updated regularly during the process and are thrilled with our investment! Highly recommend.

We carried an older Kincaid King size Bed that had dog claw marks in the foot board and side rails, she took the bed and had to create the color to match our furniture in our bedroom. The bed turned out great and matches our remaining pieces. Cost was a fair price and she completed the work well within the expected time line. We had talked to someone else before and we were told 6 months to do what she has done in a few weeks. We love the bed and she likes making old furniture look great again.

I have a solid wood bed my dad had built in the 1950s for himself. After he married I slept on it in the 60s/70s and after I married my son slept on it in the 80s/90s. It needed to be refinished so a fourth generation family member, my grandson could now enjoy sleeping on this bed. Finding people who refinish furniture in the Goldsboro NC is not as easy as it was twenty and thirty years ago. I turned to Google and found Peach Street Restyle in Kenly NC which is about a twenty minute ride from Goldsboro. I connected with Beverly the owner in mid January and she let me know she would be happy to do the bed and she could get started in about a month. When I took her the bed in mid February I saw some other pieces of furniture that were fifty to a hundred or so years old that were either in process or just finished and each one was beautiful as she had brought them "back to life" with her refinishing process. I was excited after seeing those pieces and was feeling confident she was going to do the same with our bed. Once it was stripped of the original finish she let my daughter, grandson and myself see it in her shop and pick out the new stain. She put a little stain on a spot so we could see how the stain would take to the original cherry or mahogany wood. She delivered big time for us. We are extremely happy with our refinished bed. I found Beverly to be very friendly, helpful, business ethical and professional in all my interactions with her.
