Usually very busy with hard working employees that move fast and are always enthusiastic, steady, and efficient. Positivity and teamwork is largely on display with an open kitchen. If there are periods of stress it is hidden very well from the diners and never in the open. The atmosphere has a classic theme from decades past where customer service elevates and sets this business apart well above typical chain "fast food". From menu to table is never disappointing as quality and flavor are abundant for many classics such as the shrimp burger and worth paying a little extra. Employees communicate very well and have a genuine desire to go above and beyond. Staff will greet, open the door, and take time to get to know you. Happy employees along with consistency and great food make happy customers. This location does it all very well.

This place has gotten so sorry! I don’t understand their way of thinking honestly! I ordered the shrimp with extra shrimp! Thank god I ordered extra cuz idk how much would have actually come! Just enough to tease maybe! Ordered chili cheese tots and I got plenty of cheese but the chili looks like they just tried to cover the bottom of the cup! And there’s hardly many toys there! Not to mention they forgot my sauces! Won’t be coming back here that’s for sure!

I go here quite often. The staff is always friendly & pretty fast. I've never had an issue with my food when eating here. It's always very good & cooked to order. My son got the chicken strip kids' meal & was my 1st time ordering the hamburger steak. It was very good. I was skeptical about getting the slaw, but I'm glad I did. It was really good.

Cashier is really rude I was returning a lemonade because it wasn't made how I'm usually get it and then they told me that they make it no longer do fresh lemonade which they should state that when you order a lemonade so you know you're not getting what you're thinking but the price never changed but all I wanted was a lemonade and the girl was so rude to me

Was wowed by everything this restaurant had to offer. The door was held open for my wife and I as we entered and left the restaurant. As we entered I was greeted by the entire staff welcoming us in. Even in the middle of the dinner rush we received amazing service, our food came out in a timely matter, and for Dessert, our server Kelly made this beautiful banana split. We will definitely be returning! Love the staff, keep up the great work!

Great place! The people who work there are always so polite. They have good southern manners. The food is delicious. Especially those giant burgers! On rare occasion they have gotten my order wrong but they're so polite that I don't even care. I was feeling down one day and parked myself at the bar waiting on my food and every cook and worker behind the counter all greeted me and talk to me. It really lifted my spirits!

I don't know which was better, the food or the service! Both were exceptional! I haven't been to a HWY 55 in about 6 years and this location was the perfect representation of what I remember "Andy's" to be. (It will always be Andy's to me lol) will definitely be back for the food AND the dining experience. They made us feel so welcome and accepted there!! Very friendly staff :)

I ordered online the lil cheesesteak with cheese, grilled peppers, mushrooms and onions. Needless to say I didn’t get my toppings (only cheese). But my sandwich was good overall. And I called back to let them know and a young lady named Danielle answered (also gave me my food at window) so she remembered me and what I ordered. She was very pleasant as always when I go there. Told me what to do for my next visit and nicely apologized. If only all people dealing with public was as nice as her. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of my toppings though.

This place was so cool! We stopped in on the way home from Florida to NY. The kids meal came in a cute cardboard 50s style car. My burger was great and my husband LOVED his Cheesesteak. The coleslaw was so good too. You can tell all the locals are regular and everyone knows each other. The waitresses/employees were all super sweet. We definitely recommend and wish we had one nearby! And the prices were the best part! Under 30 bucks for all our food, 2 iced teas and 2 ice creams!

On Saturday October 7 a group of 8 of us were grabbing a quick bite between baseball games. The staff could not have been more accommodating, jumping up to rearrange tables and seat us together the second we walked in the door. Table service was excellent, food came quickly, and everyone enjoyed their food, even the picky eaters. I wish I recalled everyone's names, you deserve to be recognized, and if I lived in Kenly I would be a regular customer!

This was my 1st time going to this restaurant and will definitely be my last. The staff was friendly when we 1st arrived they greeted us and tool our ordered then asked us to wait in our car for our food to be ready. HUH? There was plenty of seating inside the restaurant. Once we got the food my hubby and I both ordered a steak and cheese it was bland like they didn't season it at all. I just wasn't impressed with none of my meal. We ended up throwing the food away. About an hour later both myself and my husband stomachs felt like they were in knots. So nope that location I definitely won't be eating at again.

Brought the family for lunch and we were impressed. No, it wasn't 5 star dining but it's not supposed to be. If you want Diner food then you shouldn't go anywhere else. The food was very good, the staff was very polite and made sure to check on us. We walked in the door and immediately were greeted by everyone. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. If I had to complain about anything at all, I would suggest to try and get room for people to sit. Even though it was packed and busy, the girls who helped us were very accommodating. Good job!

Cozy, friendly, & inviting atmosphere. Staff was helpful and courteous. Before we even entered the restaurant one of the girls came and opened the door for our party and welcomed us to the restaurant. As we entered we were greeted by the rest of the staff. We were immediately seated and asked for our drink order. Once we got our food everything was hot and fresh. Taste was excellent as was the presentation. All in all a wonderful experience. As someone who manages a restaurant I know that this is how a restaurant should be run.

I unfortunately had to choose 1 star to leave a review. I placed an order at 8:19pm on 4/28/22. I then received a phone call from an associate giving me different reasons why she didn't want to fill my order. Some reasons were ridiculous. I finally told her that it just boiled down to her not wanting to wait on a customer. She attempted to disagree, then stated she would fulfill my order; but i would not receive it until after 9pm. I told her i was fine to wait after 9pm for my order. She seemed very surprised. I kept on checking the status of my order on the tracking screen. The time frame to receive the order kept on getting pushed out further, and further. Then i started taking screen shot pictures of when i was supposed to originally receive my order, verses the time frame of how long the order had been pushed out to. Then i waited,,, waited,,, and waited; until i received notification at 9:59pm that the order was cancelled. I was appalled, shocked, and disgusted. If the associate which i spoke to doesn't want to wait on your customer's in the appropriate, or proper manner which an associate should at any restaurant then perhaps finding a different career path would be better for that individual. I think she purposely pushed my order out further past 9pm so there was no other option but to cancel my order. The order which i placed at 819pm was basically ignored.
