I shop here frequently and used to enjoy going to this particular store until recently. Some of the employees have been rude, and making snide comments. Small town people gossiping about others when they should be cleaning out their own closets. Apparently they need more work, because they have too much time on their hands.

Worst grocery store trip ever. I have to punch my card in cause the magnetic strip is worn out. Brooke the cashier said I need to have it on me to do that. That's the first time that happened. She called Alecia or something like that. I said it's probably in truck, I walk out to truck return with card. But they had already took my cart and started putting everything back. The worst acting employees I have ever seen they need additional training or they need to find a different job. I will never return to the Kenly Food Lion and I will tell everyone I meet about this event .

Love! Love! Love! Our local Food Lion is family. We can always count on the store for having everything that we need at fair prices and everyone that works in the store honestly feels like family! The Fion Lion is by far the Best That I have shopped within. The Whole team are very nice, store shelves are nicely Stocked! I fount Carolina Sugar Free Bacon! And as a conscious person regarding my Health! Everyone including the shopper's are friendly too! Their is something Special about that Southern Charm, and you can't bottle it! The commercials about Caring for folk's is 💯 within This Store.I fount items there which are totally discontinued within the main 2 Food Lion's within Central Virginia.I fount this Store worthy in traveling over 65 miles to Shop! We were on our way back to Virginia and we spotted The Food Lion!Oh! And Ms.Tammy is one of the Best Employer's ever! Thank you for making a Former North Carolinana feel like Home again!Sending Heartfelt Thoughts to the Entire Staff!

One of the cashiers was rude,instead of ringing me up she decided to say she is closed and going to break. You lucky to receive one star from me, and by the way her light was on when I went to register because she had a customer in front of me. Ya'll need to learn how to treat the customers because we help ya'll get a paycheck and I'm not returning there again.

The employees in this store are as always professional and pleasant to deal with. What goes on in the parking lot on the other hand....Watch your back going here at night especially with small children. Bums/panhandlers/beggers/whatever you want to call them will harass the ever living patience out of you. Also, watch your children they will try their best to get close to them as a tactic especially at night.

If I could give no stars I would. The cashiers I have encountered the last few months (and I shop a lot) are so dull. So rude, no people skills. On their phones at the register and act like they scared to speak or just don’t care about the customers enough to even try and engage. I think I’ll stick with Selma food lion. Now, They know what they are doing

Great place clean. The deli is off the hook. The deli turkey sandwich Has Romaine lettuce Provolone cheese on Hawaiian bread its the best. Run in grab a cold sandwich. The have a package with candied pecans apples and muenster cheese. They just have a great selection

I always go to foodlion for food shopping. I love all the fruits they have available I love plums oh my lord I can't express how fresh the fruits are. They normally have everything from fruits, cleaning products, animal food.There's plenty of everything you could think that would be at a food lion. It's normally never packed in kenly area would definitely go shopping here before any other food place. Great employees with great attitude

This Food Lion is very clean. Staff is very nice and helpfull. I usually find all I want, I buy mostly local, organic and NOGMO food. Right price and I save a lot. Only thing I could say on a negative note is that the store is a little small. Which would probably explain that some of the flyer specials aren't there. But all and all, I love shopping there.

great prices and deals. love using my mvp card and getting rewards. using the rewards and mvp card helps plan my weekly grocery.a lot of the cashiers and front end people are rude and it always feels like they are talking about you or laughing at you. the smirking and the looks like there is an inside joke and you cant help but feel like your the brunt of it. i just grab my stuff try to be as nice and fast as possible. had a horrible experience last week so will be shopping at different location for a while

I love going to Food Lion. Everyone is very nice & very helpful !!!! I always get soup bones for my dog there. On rare occasions if there isn't an out they will always look and pull it out for me. If on the really, really rare occasions if they are out they will let me know when it will be in which is no more then 3 days it will be there when I go. They always bend over backwards to always help !!!! I will only shop at Food Lion !!!!
