Hope this is the store in Kenly, NC. WOW, WOW, WOW I have never been in a Dollar Tree Store no Cleaner than this one. Everything put on the shelf’s, no boxes (inventory on the floor) I gave them credit where credit is deserved. Y’all get a chance go to DT Store in Kenly. You want be disappointed. WOW,WOW❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

Everything you need and for the Lowest Prices! Always a nice display upon entering the store that fits the season or upcoming holiday. The staff are always so kind and helpful every time I have went in to the store. I was a little surprised to see the outside in the condition it was in because it’s usually well kept.

The store itself is fine - they have lots of selections, but one of the cashiers seemed slightly off-center when she was ringing me up. She randomly started talking about how meteorology is sorcery and just going on and on about Ouija boards and magic 8 balls and things like that. I'm a Christian myself but I believe that there is a time and a place to discuss those things and when you're at work and you're supposed to be professional and representing a corporation that's not exactly the time and the place to discuss those things. Not only that but as she was discussing those things it seemed to slow her down and I was in a bit of a hurry. I was as polite as I could be but I'm not sure if anyone has talked to her about this but she was also doing this with the lady ahead of me and it just seems very unprofessional and it could possibly scare away customers. No offense to her - God bless her, she's out there working but they probably should speak with her about being a little less vocal when she's ringing up customers, maybe to keep her personal opinions out of the workplace.

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. Employees greeted me when I came in. They were friendly, polite and helpful the entire time I was shopping. Amazingly the entire store was organized and it was a pleasure to shop in. There were NO items falling on the floor, the aisles were clear, and there were no mismatched items and such thrown in a pile for the customer to search through.Many times I dread going into Dollar Tree because it's such chaos and confusion.Not this time!

Always looks messy. Boxes need unpacking. Dollar General corp won’t staff stores sufficiently to get merchandise on shelves. Parking lot is very nasty.

I was there yesterday 2 make a purchase, I spoke to the cashier as I went 2 get checked out and she completely ignored me...I was just asking how she doing...wow..after ringing up my stuff she didn't say thank u or anything...I am like don't yall suppose 2 communicate with the customer or just stand quietly and check people out...this was a older white lady that just wanted a paycheck...she looked like she wasn't happy to be there...she also wasn't greeting anyone as they walked in like cashier are supposed to.

Dollar Tree of kenly, NC 27542. This is a clean , neat, and well stocked store. Staff seem very nice. They do not mind saying hello and talking to you. Nothing more you can really ask for.

Free standing fairly new building . Very neat and organized. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Restrooms were immaculately clean. Easy access parking. One of the most organized and shoppable dollar stores i have visited.

Right off hwy 301 convenient to 1-95 well stock fast checkout friendly staff elsie were clear smaller than DT in Smithfield NC but located in small town parking lot is small.

Bryana greeted me upon entering the store. She was constantly smiling the whole time I was in the store. She asked me if I found everything ok. I told her yes then I asked about the umbrellas at the register. She answered my question and I decided to buy one.

Cheap prices, decent selection for a Dollar Tree. Large candy aisle, good for holiday shopping, bad if you can't control your kids. Dry food section, small freezer section. Plenty of basic health and beauty products, and some (cheap) kitchen goods.

The young lady who worked the register today was absolutely wonderful! I found a lot of things that I needed that I couldn't find at the one in Wilson. I will definitely go back.

Management is aweful, the store is dirty and full of boxes all the time. Not enough help and some are just rude. There are 3 people there that I like to deal with but now only try to go to the Rosewood store. Friendly and clean all the time.
