Do NOT waste your time at this location. I like DG because of the prices & convenience. However, this location is the worst one I've ever been to. The customer service is basically non-existent. Employees hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. There is one middle aged black woman who is so rude to me that I refuse to go back. I'm a paying customer and probably spend 100 dollars a week at this place. I'm not going to be fussed at bc your ONE working register won't take my card and you act like I'm doing something wrong. I finally left my items, walked out and I will NOT be back. Food Lion had no problem taking my card .Also, the store is a hot mess every single time I go in there. Put some inventory away so people can move around FFS. Totally disgusted that this store is still even open the way it's run.

At the dollar general in Kenly NC. It's nasty product on buggies not shelves. The Manager has attitude. Today she rushed me out the store to the point I didnt even put my number in for coupons before she hit the button and made me pay. The worst Dollar general I've ever been in. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Storage creates full with Merchandise parked at end of aisles. Crates full of broken down boxes at end of aisle Every time I go in that store.Cashier was very nice checking out.

Stores is cluttered from item that needs to be stocked on the shelves. No room to even push a shopping cart through the Isle. Barely enough room to walk down the isle. Someone in a wheelchair will never make it around the store because the isle are blocked or cluttered. The serve is also not acceptable. They will help you whenever they get ready to.

The manager is rude and says the bathrooms are out of order and no signs on the bathrooms and she mocks a 4 year old she don’t need to be a manager

Many of the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable although a couple aren't but that is par for the course. Other than the long lines to check out and the occasional messy store I am usually pretty satisfied with my shopping experience at this location. They have one cashier who goes above and beyond although for the most part they are all good.

people are friendly and they had what I needed and a few things I had not even thought about if u get the digital coupons it's all good. and someone told me u can use the 5.00 off 25 for Saturday at the Food Lion on Saturday too. I haven't tried it yet.

This Dollar General has all the usual DG products, stuff you need on the fly, but has recently been redone. Personally I do not like this redesign. The isles are far too narrow, you can't fit 2 shopping carts down the same isle. And if stock us left out, navigating is a disaster. They tried to cram too many isles into this tiny building. And the line is always very very long, you can never get in and out in a timely manner.

Every time I go in, the mess is worse. There’s so much overstock (or stock that has been neglected and not put out) that you can’t even get down the aisles. When an employee sees a customer trying to navigate down the aisles, he grudgingly moves (especially the male manager). I keep going because it’s the only store nearby with things I need, but I think I’ll have to travel further to another location because this location just keeps getting worse.

They always have big carts full of items all in the way of customers shopping. They sell Old stuff too. Manager is Rude to people. They have long wait lines with only 1 cashier. Because manager THINKS she dont have to be a cashier.

Not very pleasant. Customer service sucks! Not friendly at all. The guy manager has a terrible attitude! I will go to the other DG from now on! Store was a mess! DG is my favorite place to shop and it just bothers me when i spend at least $100 a week at DG and get bad service! When you hate your job, it shows!

I had high hopes for Dollar General after the remodel. But they have returned to their old ways. Cluttered aisles with unpacked merchandise. One big mess!!. Dollar General may now have more choices, but sadly, the choices are mostly in the boxes. The aisles are perilous obstacle courses. Dollar Tree never looks like this. What gives Dollar General?

Dollar General is a good all around place. Need food? Got it. Need makeup? Got it. Need freon for you cars AC? Got it. I go there alot lately to avoid crowded Walmart or grocery stores. Convenient. In and out. Done.

These things are great and everywhere I'm sure you've been in one. while they are cheaper than a gas station it's a good place to get a drink or two, but if you're going shopping it's cheaper at Walmart.

Can you say nasty . nasty and nasty. Can't even walk through the store for boxes and trash. How in the world could a handicap person get through the isles? There is no way. Then the shelves are bare.

Anice Dollar General Store that has a variety. of thousands of items. You could go there to buy groceries or go Christmas shopping, or just shopping for items to decorate and fix up your home.

They have started carrying a lot of brand name products. Easy in and out. Very Friendly employees, they speak to you when you walk in. Very helpful too.
