Went into the Family Dollar in Kenansville on 11-8-16 to purchase some supplies for the office. The check out person was not the one who usually checks out. I assume she was new. All I can say is someone needs to teach her how to be nice to customers. She was very rude. She sighed like I was bothering her, when I put my purchases on the counter. When she told me the amount, it sounded as if she was spitting the words out at me, and then when she counted out my change, did not say a word, and only looked at me with contempt. She snatched the receipt out of the register and handed it over to me, without ever saying a word. I looked her straight in the eye and said "Thank you". She said, "You have a nice day", in a not so nice kind of way. I have never been treated so badly by an employee in that store. If I go in there again, and she is at the counter, I will walk out. There is no excuse for rudeness.

Was pretty good. Staff wearing mask . Friendly help and store was clean. The manager was very nice and helpful. Store does have handicap parking and is wheelchair accessible..Just a good place to shop in Kenansville.

Family Dollar is one of my favorite stores to shop at. They always have some very unique items and also good sales as well. I always enjoy shopping at Family Dollar. Customer service have been great as well. Thank you 😊

Store was neat but my digital coupons didn't work in their system but the cashiers fixed the problem quick when they seen the coupons clipped on my phone. Very nice customer service

Very nice, clean(!!!) and well kept. Lady was mopping while we were in the store. Plenty of what you need.
