I requested a bag for my small item and was told that they now cost 10 cents per bag. The bag was very flimsy plastic. However the cashier was kind enough not to charge me for the bag. With the prices they charge I don't think I will be going back.

Ask for Stan, he is the man! VERY intuitive to our cats sensitive needs, and he gave such special attention to our case with our case that meant so much to us ❤️

This place is very bad in Customer Service. Nobody walks around asking if you need anything and when you ask an associate that you need help and she calls for help twice and no response. I was there for 30 mins ready to spend money. I guess my money is not good enough.

Useless groomer wouldn’t see our pet after we got a prescription relaxer specifically to see this groomer and they then asked what we gave her and refused to see her.
