hello, I rarely write reviews, but I had a great experience last week at this TS location. My consumer publication really liked Even Embers grills, they had them pre-assembled and at a great price; "Cat" helped me coming in the door with my list, with my grill purchase and a difficult load-up. Another fellow, Brett, rushed over on his way in to work! Really great service, thanks.

The new woman who is managing the store, Mayo, is doing a wonderful job reorganizing and functional structure for this particular store. She has helped make sure my family and I have all of the supplies we need each week and we are very grateful.

I took my 5 year old grandson and we had the best time. He enjoyed looking at the lawnmowers and helping me find the pulley we needed. They have everything you could ask for there.

I recently moved my rescue Dixie Paws to the area and started doing business with them. I cannot express how Wonderful and enthusiastic they were about having me as a customer! Linda and the staff go above and beyond when I need them for all my rescue needs! They are by far the most dedicated and hardworking people I know!! Its Amazing how they welcomed me into the community!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order the evening before and paid for same day delivery. So I would get my item the next day. The following day at 7pm I still had not received my order ,after paying the $19 for delivery. When I called about this the sales acciate named "Mary" was very unfriendly about it, and only passed the blame on everyone else including the weather for a reason. It only rained that day?? It's October. They did offer a refund for the delivery, but that didn't fix the problem of why I had ordered in the first place . This was a gift I was hopping to get and take that evening.That is why I even bothered to pay the $19 in the first place. I could have went and got something else.

I’m afraid I spend way too much time in this store! I love their bumper sticker that says- “if they sold food I would never leave” I have horses and chickens so I buy all my feed here. They are great about carrying special feeds and are all very helpful when you have questions. They carry a great assortment of pet supplies, gardening tools, and hardware.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and always willing to help me. They usually have to go to the back and get my pet food being I buy several bags and they are always prompt to get it and very courteous. My favorite Tractor Supply I've used!

I have always loved TSC. The store is clean and the staff is so helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a certain item, the staff is very helpful and truly try their best to find what you are looking for. This has been MY experience with Tractor Supply Company!😀

Lots of changes in management has created sluggish customer assistance. However, Tractor Supply is well above most competition. Eventually, all will get back to the real company that gives perfect customer satisfaction (which is the real reason Tractor Supply became capable of stepping on the mat with companies like Lowes Home Improvement). One of the very best farming franchises we have in Ashe County.

they were very helpful but thing that I didn't like about it it's the stuff that I was looking at was all thrown together mixed up I didn't know what the prices were but the lady at the register she really tried to help me the best that she could but I would like to have stuff priced better and not such a mess

It's a great place to shop. They have shoes to dog food (good price) to chain saws. Plus live chickens. Great place for the family.

They got lots of supplies for tractors and things like that. The last three times I have been there, most of what I have needed was out of stock. Seems to be the norm with them these days.
