It is on the more expensive side, but it's worth it! The turkey melt had a tad of a kick to it, so good. Visiting Jefferson while my husband is at a job up the road. I'm thrilled to see drive thru options like this place where the food isn't bathed in grease. The views are amazing. Parked and enjoyed my lunch while the kids napped in the backseat. (Didn't remember to post a review until almost done with my sandwich 😅)

The staff were very warm and friendly to us; the food and coffee were aMAZing; the eating space was an incredibly cozy blend of coffeshop and deli moods with a little bit of ice cream shop flair mixed in. I hope this place stays in business for a long, long time, cuz I want to bring my baby girl back to the place where she first tried potato soup when she gets older!

Hailey is awesome and friendly. My wife, Karen, had the Old House toasted cheese. It has grilled onions and is anything but plain. I had the Rueben, piled high brisket and sauerkraut. The side was a hot shrimp bisque with bits of shrimp in it. We finished the meal of with a maple walnut dipped ice cream in a cinnamon cone. This place also has 2 green houses, a wonderful gift shop and soon an Amish furniture store. An absolute must go stop. Make it a date, make it a stop on your vacation, hey, make it your vacation. Yes, it's a great place.

My husband and I went to Oldhouse Goods for the first time, and it was amazing. It has a cozy atmosphere, and everyone there was so kind.I ordered the Don’s Turkey Melt - it was delicious. Have you ever tasted a sandwich and been so excited to take another bite? This is one of those sandwiches. We already plan on returning soon!

The staff was so kind and it is decorated cute! Lots of good looking desserts. We got Columbian drip coffee-fresh and hot with good flavor. Indoor and outdoor seating and a dog-friendly patio.Parking: Lots of parking.

(Oct 2023) We were diverted off of the Blue Ridge Parkway due to construction. This was a welcome sight after a long drive. Very nice, good coffee and treats. Clean bathroom :)

Amazing! Best DRIVE THRU for Coffee of Ice Cream and More! We got Black Raspberry on a Lavender Cone and Mint Chip on a Dark Chocolate cone, staying dry in the car during a rainstorm, and couldn’t be happier!

This is one of the best coffee/cafe places in Jefferson. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Heather. They have amazing fresh foods, ice cream, coffee, and smoothies. I love going here for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Their sandwiches have really thick meat so it’s very filling! I love getting their soups too. My personal favorite is the broccoli cheddar. Very creamy & rich. Best on a cold day. They also have a wonderful outdoor patio area with a fire pit and during the summer months they have live music. All in all a 10 outta 10 place. They really care about their customers and will make sure you have a wonderful experience! You can also experience this in their West Jefferson Christmas shop! They have holiday drinks, to go lunches, and desserts to die for! Can’t say enough about these places.

Wow - what a great spot! Not only is the view gorgeous, coffee amazing, smoothies satisfying, and food delicious, but the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Heather was enjoyable to briefly chat with. Loved all of the Bible verses in the shop. Will definitely be frequenting Oldhouse Goods.

Only have positive takeaways from this perfect place starting with all the friendly staff— especially the kindest, most selfless & caring owner, the array of excellent options— truly a wonderful one stop shop for the best coffee, sandwiches & treats, ice cream, and more! Coming here will leave you feeling full, satisfied, and content. Five stars for the people with hearts that are to serve and leave people better than they found them, indoor and outdoor ambiance that makes you want to kick up your feet and stay awhile, delicious food and drink choices always keeping you coming back for more and more. I spent a few college years working as a barista, so I’m pretty picky about coffee. Old House Goods has hands down the best coffee in Ashe County! I’ve loved everything I’ve tried. Their drink of the week options are always inventive and delicious.The staff really treat you like family. They went above and beyond and gave my kid's stickers and treated us with so much kindness.Also, their ice cream is great too! My kids are obsessed with their cotton candy ice cream and flavored cones.

Ole House Goods and Third Day (both locations/the newest in downtown West Jefferson, a quaint Christmas Shop which has the ambiance of a family Christmas morning with fresh baked goods, a variety of coffee drinks, and to go lunches) are the BEST places to visit! The service is friendly and reminds me of life in Mayberry where everyone is treated like family! Don't miss out! Try their homemade soups, their ice cream, and their breakfast bowls at the Jefferson location!
