Ingles is the only grocery store where I will purchase meat! Always fresh, and you know where it's coming from. They were Kung enough to donate fruit and amazing deserts for prom! Thank you so much Ingles!

This is a very nice supermarket! Cleanly organized, decent prices, and pleasant staff! Very convenient and small enough not to be overwhelming but large enough to have everything you need.

Finally decided to stop here as I recently moved to the neighborhood. I have not checked out the entire supermarket. But I already know I'll be shopping here. It has a wide variety of international products and produces. Which is awesome. It's huge, clean and spacious.

Lynn was wonderful in helping bag our groceries. She made sure to apply our savings rewards and put items into bags based on type/category. Lovely experience all around. My family were visiting (we are not locals), but the friendliness of the staff is a warm welcome!

Use the Ingles gas station. Can’t for the life of me figure out WHY the windshield washer buckets are EMPTY and MISSING squeegees and the TRASH CANS are full. Come on Ingles get someone to at least do their job at the MINIMUM.

A little on the more expensive side but they do have items other local grocery stores don't carry sometimes. Also they have a Starbucks and a really good deli. Store is nice and clean.

We shopped ingles yesterday. . I made note of the “winter deli hours”. The sign clearly says that the deli is open until 8:00 pm. After a difficult and tiring day, we made a special trip to pick up sandwiches and chicken from the deli. It was only 6:25 pm. I was told “we have to be out by 8:00 so we need to close now.” Most of the food was still hot as they busily threw things away. The long haired guy who seemed to be in charge was rude and dismissive.

I would like to know why "service animals" are not allowed in Ingles' stores. I work with disabled vets who were given service dogs after fighting and getting injured for the freedoms we all enjoy! There is a big sign on the door when you enter Ingles' stores. Not very patriotic if you ask me. Shame on you!

It was explained to me today that peanut butter is a condiment and that's why it's been moved to the aisle with mustard and mayo. "Because it goes on my PBJ sandwich," is what a manager explained. By that logic, wouldn't that mean ham and cheese are condiments?This store can be frustrating.

I love Chiquita bananas! Ingles is the only place that carries them. Apple Fritters... Oh I could go on. You have to see for yourself! Love my Ingles shopping days!!

One of the best stores I've ever been to, the one in West Jefferson North Carolina is huge and has every possible product you would ever want. Super clean!

I've never seen an Ingles before and man are we missing out. We visited this area for a wedding and live on the coast. We do not have Ingles there and I'm pretty sad about it. Everything about this place was amazing from their bulk buying bar, fresh food options, variety of international cooking ingredients and much more.

Our first time going to an Ingles, they have a lot of variety, but everything seemed overpriced, they did have an organic section, I didn't get to it, but would have loved to, cashier didn't even speak or acknowledge me when I was at the register and she was an older lady, customer service is everything. Very clean and huge store, it was very busy.

We shop there every Sat and a few minutes ago the Ladies Room was propped open, the cleaning lady was in the last stall, door propped with a mop...ON HER PHONE...15 minutes later, same story...pretty sad when several of us had to either go in in, door wide open to the public ..or wait to see how long she was going to talk on her phone. Guess the cart parked in the door was to make managers assume she was doing her job.

Ingles will usually have hard to find things.However, on the website it says they carry Quiche. Nope** even had staff look & it was nowhere to be found, even though the system said it was in stock. Disappointed
